I can trust that there will be at least one pair of shoes will fit and suit me .
I have recently purchased a pair of soft leather moccasins in light tan and they have a leather sole .I am very pleased with the style and the fit

Delivery was really good.
On receipt of the trainers they had a very short pair of laces with knots in that finished at the ist set of eyelets. So was very difficult to try them on. A set of long laces were packed and placed in the box. I couldn’t try the laces as this would have made the shoes impossible to return. Unfortunately had to return as not suitable.

A great selection of larger sized women's shoes,the website was easy to navigate, with a super quick despatch of my order . Easy returns process with a timeline refund of returned goods .

The staff are always helpful and the shoes are just wonderful. Lovely quality they last for years especially if looked after .

These sandals were slightly too short for me compared to others I have in the same brand and size (however I would say they are true to size) My teen daughter has snapped them up - the full flexibility of width with the velcro are perfect for her narrow feet. They look trendy and the quality is excellent!

When I got my shoes and waer them out others always amir's the shoes they like but refused to pay the price.
I told them I want to look good when I m going out.

The only shop I buy shoes from, styles are exquisite, comfortable, well made, never let down by them not fitting when place an order, beautifully packaged, received swiftly.

With problem feet, I have had to return shoes several times. Cripins have been very good about that.

A really good experience all round. An easy to use website with lots of options in my size, and the shoes I chose were packed very securely so they arrived in pristine condition. I will definitely be back for more!

Starting with what I liked: the shoes, which I guess is the most important bit, are fantastic. I purchased them for my sister and she was thrilled with the design and quality. Now for the not so good bit: the delivery: it seems Crispins does not require a signature or confirmation of delivery from its delivery partners. Hence my very expensive package (worth circa £350) was just left in front of my door, where anybody could have made off with it. And this was after my package wasn't delivered on the designated delivery date in the first place. This made for a somewhat stressful experience, as I was travelling and needing to bring the shoes with me. When I raised the matter with Crispins they weren't particularly apologetic or sympathetic, nor did they offer to review their delivery practices. So, what should have been a 5 star experience is now merely a 3 star experience.

In my opinion, Crispins shoes are simply the best, in terms of style, quality and trends. The staff members are approachable and helpful always. Most importantly, they do not impose shoes on you. They are attentive to your specific needs and honest. As a customer, these points are crucial to me.

I've bought quite a few shoes from Crispins. I buy size 9.5 shoes. They are always the perfect size and the style's are so flattering.

Beautiful footwear but so expensive and hardly ever any really good promotions with alot of discount - maybe £25-£30 off sometimes or 15%. But never any really good discounts. I do purchase alot but need to save first , would order more items if were discounts were alot better
