Cricutny Omdömen 

Cancelled my subscription successfully so it said. Still being charged 2 months later. I have sent multiple emails, messaged on the Facebook page and even commented on public post. Still cannot get a response. Complete rip off!

I cancelled my subscription months ago and they continue to charge my credit card. There's conveniently NO WAY to contact anyone either.

They have continued to steal money from my bank account despite repeated requests to cancel my subscription. My bank has refunded me four months in a row and still I get no response when I email them to cancel.

Used their free trial and had no option to cancel before payment. Only when payment was taken did an option to cancel came up. I then cancelled and it ended my subscription instantly, therefore payment for nothing. Contacted support over a week ago and have heard nothing.

On top of that the products I downloaded didn’t work.

I can’t believe I didn’t find Cricutny sooner! I’ve used a bunch of different SVG websites before, but this one? Hands down, my favorite. First of all, downloading SVG files here is ridiculously easy—no annoying sign-ups, no jumping through hoops, just a smooth, simple process. I love that because when I’m in the middle of a project, I don’t want to waste time clicking around a confusing website.

And let’s talk about the designs… WOW. They’re seriously gorgeous. You can tell a lot of effort goes into them because they’re clean, high-quality, and unique. I’ve had issues with other SVGs in the past where they didn’t cut properly, but everything I’ve downloaded from Cricutny works perfectly with my Cricut. The details are always crisp, and the files are super well-made.

Another thing I appreciate? The variety! Whether I’m looking for something cute, trendy, or seasonal, there’s always something that catches my eye. I’ve used these designs for t-shirts, mugs, tote bags—you name it. And every time, they turn out amazing!

Unfortunately, I am sad that I have to give this review. The reason is their accountability. So, as a small business, I bought that 5$ subscription that they offer (which is very pushy on their website - even after you purchase it, they still encourage you to buy it - really annoying) and I needed the bills for bookkeeping. When you login, there is no history of payments made.
However, I did contacted Helen (the owner, I guess) to provide me the bills and she sent me a link where I can login "from now on". I was like, hm, ok, maybe I can see now the bills in my account. I signed in, surprise, no bills or purchase history. Not even download history and I did made downloads.
Oh, and recently they've updated the website, adding videos that are supposed to compell you to subscribe, and added even a bar (with the same purpose) that is blocking half of their visibility website. And a campaign to make you bring your friends to their website. This screams desperation and focus on money only. Sad.
