Don't waste your money I paid £50 a package was unsealed and open never again

**Please** read my honest review it could save you money & misery

My personal update:

1. Crestwhite.co.uk are not a UK based company. **Buyer Beware**

2. They are a reseller, not official supplier of what they claim to be original Crest teeth whitening strips.

Their Website is not clear they are selling near out of date stock at full RRP. The site leads you to believe you are buying Genuine Crest products from an authorised supplier. NOT TRUE

Are they fake? Well they don't whiten teeth and they do not look like or perform in the same way of genuine Crest whitening strips and I've used genuine strips for years.

3. The strips are brittle, cannot be peeled off backing easily and in some cases not at all, they do not shape to teeth, they have no moisture/gel and they DO NOT WHITEN- only opened 2 packets that was evidence enough.

4. They sold me full retail price £74+ (fake product?) with 4 months left on expiry date.

Genuine Crest 18 shades whiter strips cost £74 and sold new have 24 months expiry date, this is what I thought and was led to believe I was buying - Con!

5. The discounts offered on their Website are a CON. The product was full retail price of Genuine crest strips, who knows if these are genuine?

6. Crestwhite.co.uk make it virtually impossible to return product, until you make an honest Trust Pilot review.

7. Crestwhite.co.uk said they would give me an immediate full refund if I removed my negative review on Trust Pilot.

At this point, I would like to offer you to keep the product, as a gesture to show you that we value you as our customer and along with that I will issue a full refund for your purchase, but I would kindly ask you to remove your negative reviews for both of our websites on Trustpilot, because reviews has a significant impact on our company’s reputation and ensuring they accurately represent our service is very important to us.

I refused because my review is an honest reflection of my buying experience and the product I received.

8. On trying the strips I told Crestwhite.co.uk I would add an unbiased review of performance - they did not whiten my teeth at all.

Told Crestwhite.co.uk again requested immediate full refund (22/01/2026) as not fit for purpose product.

My usual genuine Crest white strips show immediate whitening results so I can only assume I have been sold a fake product, or at best something that has degraded so much they are completely ineffective.

The product I bought from Crestwhite.co.uk was for a full box (20 packets) of 18 levels whiter year product at a cost of £74+, Why did I think I was buying a product with a 2 year expiry date because that is the retail cost of genuine Crest products – see below.

Newly manufactured genuine Crest whitening strips: what I thought I was buying

•Crest 3D White Age Renew / 18 Levels Whiter (20 Packets): Approx. £45.62 - £74.99.

•Optimal Usage: For the best whitening results, it is recommended to use the strips before the "Best if Used By" date printed on the packaging.

•Product Degradation: hydrogen peroxide-based whitening gel begins to lose its potency, meaning they will be less effective at whitening teeth.

Before applying them, check the strips to ensure they are still in good condition:

•Gel Consistency: The gel should not be dried out. If it is, the strip will not adhere well and will be less effective.

•Adhesion: If the strips are brittle or do not stick to your teeth, they have lost their potency.

Basically all the elements that make Genuine Crest whitening strips effective were missing from the product sent to me at full RRP.

Crestwhite.co.uk supplied me near out of date, brittle, unusable product at full RRP for genuine Crest strips.

Ordered expensive £74+ (incl postage) 18xwhiter thinking I was ordering from UK based seller, items arrived from Bulgaria.

Order arrived today 16/01/2026 in torn padded envelope with bashed box inside. Counted 20 packets so none lost, but noted short expiry date 16/04/2026.

Contacted crestwhite.co.uk stating I wish to return for refund. Could they please send postage paid returns label and I will return providing proof of return.

Seller responded, no label provided as outside EU, only accept undamaged returns, or won't refund, how convenient for them. So whichever way I will be out of pocket, if I return the same way they were delivered to me they won't refund.

Nowhere on their site do they state they are selling end of line/discontinued products with short expiry dates. If they did I wouldn't not have parted with my hard earned money. I don't know if the product is fake or not as I've not used any, but as they have misrepresented themselves and the product, I wouldn't hold my breath.....

My usual website I order from closed down so I did lots of research trying to find a new one. I always check TrustPilot reviews as I’m skeptical about companies I haven’t used before and I’ve been scammed one too many times! I received my delivery today so I’m super happy I’ve found a good company I can order from! Delivery is slow but I did order over the New Year period. Will be using them in future.

AVOID, this company is NOT legitimately Crest of the toothpaste brand. My strips NEVER arrived, I was told to wait 28 days, because that is when they do their accounts?? What company does that?
The packaging is NOT correct, compared with genuine Crest. Their attitude told me they are NOT LEGITIMATE. It took me 2 months to receive what I paid for in early November! No customer service whatsoever, they blocked me sending further proof of their ILLIGITIMATE COMPANY! What does that tell you??

Initially had issues because I could prove via tracking photo evidence that parcel was left outside mine, so I didn't receive (stolen as I live in block of flats.) Finally got through to good management agents who agreed to replace or refund, and I received it promptly.

I ordered my first Time, and i must say wow! Just the delivery was a little bit slow. (3 Days)

I placed an order on 4th June for teeth whitening strips and toothpaste for nearly £160. It advised 4-5 business days and the tracking on each item still shows as being in France or Germany. It seems like there's been no update on the tracking since 7th June.

I was surprised how effective Crest whitening strips are, especially with sensitive teeth. I could see a noticeable difference after the first few days.

Been using Crest 3D White Toothpaste for a while and I’m impressed. It helps keep my teeth white and clean without any sensitivity.
