I had a great experience working with NewCo.

I had a great experience working with NewCo. for our business lending needs. The entire process was straightforward and efficient. The team was professional and responsive and took the time to answer any questions I had along the way.

What stood out most was the smooth process — everything was clearly communicated, the paperwork was easy to manage, and there were no unexpected delays. I appreciated their transparency and attention to detail, which made what can often be a stressful process feel simple and manageable.

I highly recommend NewCo. to any business owner looking for a reliable lending partner.

It was quick and easy

It was quick and easy. I would have given 5 stars but the marketing email from Guardian kept coming even AFTER I had signed up.

Very rude and disreputable

Very rude and disreputable. Derrick called me and when discussing our current funding options, told me it was impossible for us to have the terms we have with our current lender, he said I had no idea what I was talking about, and in essence calling me a liar. When I tried to tell him he was out of line and that we do in fact have them he demanded to see a copy of our paperwork and when I refused then hung up on me. They have now lost a multi million dollar deal over his attitude and we will never do funding with them. The claim they are the #1 Business Lender in the US is also false.

Derrick did a great job but…

Derrick did a great job but underwriting was all over the board and we continued to have disconnects. We signed an agreement for one set of funding and then they come back and make changes to the terms after. They also missed on the SOS good standing as our current location is in good standing with the State of Illinois but the location we closed last year obviously is not since it is no longer operating.
