Had a really solid experience overall with the editorial team at Creomind Publishing for my non-fiction book. The feedback on my chapter flow and overall organization made a huge difference in making the content digestible for readers.

The turnaround took a couple days longer than originally estimated which was slightly frustrating with my launch timeline. However the actual quality of the editing and the professional polish made up for it completely.

Fair quality of work and a straightforward process. It’s an okay choice if you're looking for independent publishing, though marketing support felt a bit limited.

The team at CreoMind Publishing gave my book launch a solid push with great promotional strategies and layout advice. Sales have steadily picked up since release day. Dropped one star because I would have liked a bit more regular reporting during the campaign, but the actual results speak for themselves.

CreoMind Publishing converted our poetry collection into an audiobook format. The narrator had a steady cadence that fit the rhythm of the poems and the aesthetic quality of the recording studio was clean and professional.

This led to multiple re-submissions and pushed our anticipated launch date back by nearly three weeks which disrupter our marketing plans.

They eventually fixed all the errors and delivered acceptable files but the rocky start means we will likely look at other providers for our next audiobook project.

Working with this publisher made getting my memoir onto major online platforms much less stressful. They walked me through distribution and formatting with total transparency.

I would have appreciated more proactive checks-ins during the proofreading phase but their support staff was always polite when contacted.
