Based on my experience, I believe consumers should carefully read all documentation before engaging with this company.
Be aware that your phone calls may be recorded and transcribed into their systems. I did not hear a disclosure advising me that calls were being recorded, so I encourage customers to make their own enquiries about the company's recording practices cause its illegal in some states to record conversations due to the privacy act.
I also recommend reading all terms and conditions carefully before signing anything. The credit report request form includes terms stating that no refunds will be provided, so it's important to understand what you're agreeing to.
Finally, you don't have to obtain your credit reports through this company. Credit reports are available directly from the credit reporting bodies, often at a lower cost or, in some circumstances, at no cost.

This is probably the best every to deal with when you have a bad credit file listed against you this organisation is amazing fast very reasonable pricing and they don’t mess around they give you all the info you need and they do all the work for you just sit back and wait mine took 24hrs and my credit was restored back to been perfect they know the laws to assist in the removal of the listing listing if the opportunity comes up and the best part no charge if they can’t remove it you be silly not to try them especially if u don’t understand or under a lot of stress they are my go to and I’ve recommend them to all five stars from me thanks credit wipe
