I must admit, I’ve wrestled with my conscience, always hoping I wouldn’t have to seek assistance. However, after an extended period without a stable income and with drained savings, the reality has set in, bringing all kinds of worries to mind, and I find myself in need of support.

The initial intake was amazing but I’m pretty disappointed in the lack of updates. Some of the creditors who I was told were included still have no record of an agreement and there’s been no response to my emails. The dashboard online isn’t the greasiest as far as clarity (on mobile) either. A weak 3/5 tbh
