Very helpful and reactive costumer service
I didn’t understand that I was subscribing when I was doing the trial, and the emails saying that the payment was going to go through were on my spam, so I was very frustrated when the payment went through specially because I didn’t use the app. But, they were very helpful and reasonable and even though I was very upset they helped me and refunded me. So this experience was very good! Thank you!

I love this platform! I didn't initially know that it was connected to the BetterMe mental health platform but I love that too! I haven't gotten a chance to load my course yet, but the support I've received due to needing assistance from customer service has been unwavering! I even received an extra e-book for the hassle and it was absolutely my fault! I love this platform! Everyone is very supportive, down to the staff!

I was on the trial period just to try out. It was actually much much easier and instinctual for someone who has no knowledge how to build a course or anything. And the team is very helpful and reply almost in a day in making transactions easier. It's sad I didn't use the platform because I didn't have much contents, but maybe in future? Thanks though
