Excellent service from all of the staff throughout my week of treatment. A treatment plan was sent to me prior to me making my appointment which I was happy with. This plan was adjusted slightly as they identified that I didn’t require as much work as they first thought. I was recommended this clinic and have recommended them to others since my visit.

My lady coordinator make me feel so homely happy calm always besides me and explain every details So professional staf work on me almost pain free that's big credit to tell my friends because mostly they are afraid of discomfort and pain which here to me was any daily was hard work from dentists every details checked several times to look best , so organised advance technology blows me away

Treatment started 1st September 2026, cannot praise this dental hospital enough, transfers and taxis all organised and paid for as was the hotel, my coordinator was a lovely young lady called Yağmur, she catered for everything, cannot wait to return in January

I could not recommend creativesmiles enough after meeting in Cheshire advising me on what step to take with my teeth off I went within a couple of week , the whole experience from start to finish was excellent the transfers, hotel and of course the amazing team . I go back in January and will have no worries what so ever, crowns & implants and will have the most beautiful smile. Very happy with my new teeth! The whole team at the dental team are lovely and so professional, hotel accommodation was also lovely along with the taxi driver who transported me every day to my appointments! Big thumbs up from me, my colleague has now booked to go in November! Highly recommend

The first thing I want to say about creative smiles is I think they are a brilliant dentist. All the staff are very welcoming and professional. I mostly want to say a big thank you to Haili my surgeon he was brilliant.
And Betul she was my dentist she’s the one that makes your teeth look fantastic a big thank you to her. And there is yagmur a.k.s rain she organises your lifts to and from the dentist and if you need to know anything she’s all ways there SO THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING MY VISIT TO TURKEY SO EASY xxx

Yes there is a little pain and discomfort. The whole experience was excellent. Private transfers to and from the airport and clinic. My coordinator was always one step ahead of the arrangements, and spoke excellent English. Can’t wait to come back for final fitting in a few months.

The hotel and local restaurants all catered for people with no teeth, ie soft foods. The hotel was lovely and comfortable.

Absolutely would recommend this company from the bottom of my heart. I now feel so much better in myself, even though I don’t have the final teeth yet.

Fantastic from start to finish. My teeth are now complete. I got crowns and 4 implants and they are amazing. The team helped with choice ( can be minefield ) but they advised colour for my age. Communication and just brilliant from start to finish. Fantastic staff and a dentist with hands like an angel. Thank you very much your a credit to your industry

I've just returned home after my second visit, and I could not be happier with the outcome, nice smile, and no pain. All round staff from start to finish couldn't to enough for me . I would especially like to thank YAGMUR, who helped throughout my first and second visit. My friends think there class and I highly recommend that if they need work,use are the ones to do it .

The service and advice was excellent, first class equipment and the staff showed us all options available prior to commitment. Then throughout the week we were taken care of by all the staff at the clinic. The e-max and crowns I received were beyond expectation and hopefully they will stand the test of time.

Very professional from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and I was made to feel completely at ease throughout the whole process.

I had 27 crowns fitted, and I am absolutely over the moon with the results. The finish is amazing, and I couldn't be happier with my new smile.

Not sure where to begin!

From start to finish absolutely first class, from meeting them in north wales to actually going over to the creative smiles clinic all the service was excellent.

I’ve never smiled so much since I’ve finished my treatment. Virtually pain free (uncomfortable feeling) and every step of the process was explained thoroughly. It’s not nice leaving yourself in somebody else’s hands but when you do with these guys you will not regret it let them take charge with your stay and visit and you will not be disappointed!

Can not wait to go back just for a deep clean and see all the guys and girls again and for the first class service they give.

Great experience on my journey to a new smile friendly professional staff very clean modern dental surgery with modern equipment had 9 teeth removed and 9 implants installed in about 2 hours didn’t feel a thing back home waiting 4 months to heal then back to get teeth installed for a perfect smile can’t wait highly recommended dental surgery

Everyone from the taxi drivers to the coordinators,photographer and dentists were all very welcoming and professional. I was kept well informed at every step by Zelal my coordinator

I did a lot of research into clinics, as I wanted the best to perform my procedures, with clarity professionalism, knowledge and confidence, I definitely chose the right clinic they have gone above and beyond, zelal my coordinator at the clinic has been fantastic also everyone,drs, surgeons, the place is spotlessly clean, I had my 1st procedure in may 2026 for lower implants all on 5 with temp teeth and have just returned July 2026 having had all on 4 zygomatic implants on top, and due to fly back in Nov for finals, I can't recommend creative smiles enough they are just brilliant

Where to start!! I first met up with this company in Blackpool last year where they looked at my teeth and gums and discussed plans and prices and what was involved and included in the price, I did search around lots of dentist in the UK and in turkey and due to the price I had no option but to go abroad for treatment, I had severe tooth decay and gum disease and only option was implants! This was also confirmed by 3 dentist in the U.K. too. Like I said I searched for over a year at different companies and each time it led me back to here. The company have been doing this for so many years and I would highly recommend meeting up with them when they are in the uk. I’m a diabetic type 2 and had to have my levels checked and discussions with the surgeon before we could proceed, once my level was too what was recommended for the procedure and the healing process, I got in contact with them and arranged a date and booked my flights! My first visit was in January. The communication had been great, they picked me up from the airport and put me up in a hotel for the 4 nights. They communicated pick up times and a private transfer collected me from the hotel and took me to the dentist, first part of my plan was to remove my teeth and have my implants put in, I am all on 5, so 5 on top and 5 on bottom. They discussed everything with me step by step and made me feel so at ease, being a nervous wreck this eased me so much. There was no pain and all done in 3 hours. I was then sent home after the 4 days with temps in and recommended to return after 4months to allow it to heal. I have just returned home on Saturday after going back for my permanents to be fitted. Again the communication has been great from start to finish, picked me up and provided a hotel stay for 6 nights. Any quiestion was answered immediately and professionally. I am over the moon with the end result! I have my smile back! I cannot thank them all enough for what they have done for me. Great company and it’s proven in their reviews! I would like to thank my implant surgeon Halil, my zirconium dentist is Baris, the dentist co ordinator Yagmur and Lilli and also Dr Serhat who we met in Blackpool and came and saw us on each visit to ensure everything was running smoothly! Thank you all and I can’t wait to see you all when I return for my clean in a year or 2 ☺️

I’m only halfway through my journey with Creative Smiles, but I’m already so happy with the experience so far. I was honestly surprised at how pain-free the whole process has been, which really helped put me at ease from the beginning.
