Exceptional experience from start to finish! The customer service team was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my concerns. The product arrived on time, exactly as described, and exceeded my expectations in quality. Everything about the process was smooth and professional.

Bad Side (Be Cautious)
Their support team feels more like a group of chatbots than real professionals. Most of their responses sound copy-pasted and generic, starting with things like “Dear [Name],” which clearly shows a lack of genuine effort.

I faced an issue where my DKIM record was not getting updated in Google Workspace, even though it was already correctly updated on my domain provider (Hostinger). This was important because I needed proper authentication to avoid email bounces while running email automation.

Despite providing login access and screenshots showing DKIM authentication failure, their support staff kept asking for things I had already shared. In one case, a support agent even asked me to manually provide the DKIM value in text format just to make things “easier” for him. Even though he could log in into both Google Workspace & my Hostinger account for I already provided him the credentials.

This gave the impression that they either didn’t check the details properly or lacked the technical competence to handle the issue.

Good Side
I was able to purchase Google Workspace very easily. The process was smooth and there were no issues while buying the service.

Overall, while purchasing the service was simple, getting meaningful technical support was frustrating and time-consuming.

Creativeon provide hosting with 24/7 support . There representatives are very professional and resolve any issue in time. I am very happy working with creativeon.
