I had a horrible experience with creative lab. I was given an original quote of $500 which was told to include everything from building, editing the website, adding products and taking payments. But once I had paid this $500, to be able to edit the website was an extra $300, to take payments was an extra $200. I ended up spending about $2500 on this creation which was an incredibly difficult and long process to communicate. 6 months later my website format and had completely fallen apart and I got told it was an attempted software hack, of which I should upgrade my protection for another few hundred $. I have now had to build my own website elsewhere and found that there wasn’t even any protection against the domain that I bought that was used on the website they made for me. I was never offered any sort of compensation despite voicing along the way my concerns and disappointments. I would highly suggest not working with creative lab I don’t want any small business to have this experience with their hard worked money.

Oscar was very helpful when creating my website and completed all my requests. He has been and continues to be very helpful with ongoing support with multiple changes I wanted made. But keep in mind, the website did take longer to make and there are a few extra costs.

Overall, I trust this business and they completed my website which has now made my work much easier. As the team continues to work with me, I will be continuing to recommend them.
