Creative Arcades Omdömen

Great experience ordering a claw machine from them, they paid attention to my specifications and the the staff are really friendly

I recently purchased one of their air hockey tables and was impressed by the quality, design, and attention to detail.

The team was responsive and helpful throughout the process, making everything easy from ordering to delivery.
Very pleased with both the product and the customer service.

Took my children to the video arcade and they had a blast Great atmosphere

I love spending my weekends at their arcade the machines are always in good condition

Playing classic fighting games on a basic PC keyboard is like trying to drive a racing simulator with a mouse—it just lacks the proper feedback. Their full-size cabinets deliver that heavy, tactile arcade feel. I set one up in my workspace, and the commercial-grade joysticks take a solid beating without feeling loose. Be prepared, though: the cabinet weighs an absolute ton. You absolutely need a second person to help unbox and position it. Once it's booted up, the retro gaming experience is flawless.

Playing classic fighting games on a basic keyboard emulator is like trying to design an esports scoreboard overlay without ever testing the live output—it just doesn't feel authentic. Their full-size cabinets deliver that heavy, tactile arcade feedback that you can't replicate on a PC. I grabbed one to set up in my workspace where I handle my freelance digital services, and the commercial-grade joysticks and buttons take a solid beating without feeling flimsy. Moving the actual unit into the room was a nightmare because the cabinet weighs an absolute ton, so you absolutely need a second person to help unbox and position it. Once it’s booted up, the retro gaming experience is flawless.

Buying a full-sized cabinet is like adopting a massive piece of furniture. Unpacking the freight pallet is a major workout and disposing of the packing materials is annoying, but the build quality is undeniable. The buttons and screen completely replicate that authentic 90s arcade feel right in your basement.

We ordered a cocktail-style arcade for the game room. Moving the freight box inside was like trying to wrestle a refrigerator, so definitely have a buddy help you. Once we got it set up, the hardware felt incredibly solid, and it's a huge step up from those cheap tabletop toys.

Ordering a full-sized arcade machine is a massive commitment, both financially and physically. Unboxing the freight delivery was like trying to wrestle a piano into the living room, so definitely get some help. Once it's booted up though, the joysticks and trackball feel exactly like a time capsule from the 90s.

Adding one of these cabinets to the game room is like installing a centerpiece. The freight delivery requires you to be home and ready to lift, as the crate is massive. The assembly took some patience, but the trackball and joysticks feel just like the heavy-duty commercial machines from the nineties arcades.

Investing in a home arcade cabinet is a big commitment, kind of like buying a major appliance. The crated delivery was intimidating, and wrestling it into the game room took two of us. But once it was plugged in, the hardware felt incredibly premium, far better than those flimsy tabletop replicas.

Ordering a full-sized arcade cabinet online is a bit of a leap of faith. The freight delivery was a logistical hurdle since it's a massive box, but once we got it assembled, it was worth it. The joysticks have that satisfying, authentic click you remember from the nineties arcades.

Sourced a cocktail arcade cabinet for my basement setup. The delivery was a bit heavy to haul downstairs, but assembly was straightforward. The joysticks and buttons feel just like the classic ones from the nineties.

Sourced a standing arcade cabinet for the game room. It's a heavy piece of equipment, so getting it inside took some effort, but the build quality is sturdy. The screen is bright, and it feels just like the classic machines from the arcade days.

Creative arcades did a wonderful job and communication was fast and clear

I ordered this over two months ago and it still hasn’t shipped. I did call about two weeks ago and was told it would ship soon but still no confirmation. I’ll give it another week then see what my options are for refund/return.

After 3 months I still have not received my order. Seems to be a similar experience to others. Every team I reach out I’ve been told ‘just 1 more week’. That’s been going on for at least 2 months. Buyer beware.

Over 8 weeks ago my card was charged ~6000$. Zero communication except when I contacted them 3 weeks ago. At that time they said shipping was due within 1 week. Still no notification after another 3 weeks.
They should not charge till shipped and should communicate if delayed.
Getting worried.

It is a great addition to my game room for when all the family gets together for the holidays.

The company seems sound but they don’t communicate well. They were late delivering and the end product being very well built seems to have a couple problems. A beautiful 32” HD monitor that’s blurry. None of the pixels in the games are sharp. I have heard that it’s a setting in the Mame emulator but I don’t know where to set it on this machine. No paperwork or owners manual. I will say that the build is top notch. Very professional in its execution. No loose wires everything neatly in its place. The games play very well but just don’t look as good as the arcade console originals
