Unfortunately, Create Music Group doesn't live up to the expectations that they set for themselves. They produce a subpar attempt to be a "record label". Through poor management and a lack of resources, CMG signs artists and catalogues as collateral with no intention of supporting. Acting like a parasite that looks to capitalise on your success without assisting in the development at all. Please reconsider associating with CMG; they have the potential to be something real, but fall short every single time.

This company create music group and viral snare at the same address using different names is a scam . They promise you payment for your videos and you never receive it. Years Laters they will email you they will send you payment of more money and guess what they don’t . They only contact you and promise you the money because you write a bad review. They tell you to connect to Tipalti and they never send payment again . They send you login which you can’t log in if you don’t have account . Then they finally send another link so I can set up account . Then they put payment as deferred with a date you never even had the account . They’re full of it . Don’t trust them nor send them videos . I emailed them a bunch of times . They didn’t know why my payment said deferred. They said the invoice was from somewhere else not them . Well you had me set up account so it has to be from you . I got told they’re emailing the supervisor Kenny to contact me . The supervisor was suppose to contact me and never did .
They sent me an email not to message them anymore because they kept doing nothing . They don’t answer to bbb either.

I find them to be very ineffective and slow in getting back to parents and musicians.

Do not know how many people are working in the East Sussex branch but their customer service needs improvement.

Tutor didn't turn up for at least 4 lessons. They would not take my child off of thier system even after asking them via email. They are very badly organised and not even that good at teaching. My son learnt more from Youtube tutorials when the teacher didn't turn up.
Avoid them, you will regret signing up.

Shabby outfit. Only interested in sending out bills. Taught my kid nothing and sent him home upset because the "teacher" told him he was no good!

MOST IF NOT ALL CONTRACTS HAVE AN AUTO RENEWAL PERIOD SO NOT ONLY WILL THEY NOT HELPSERVICE YOU IF THEYRE NOT ROBBING U BUT THEN THEY KEEP YOU STUCK WITH THEM SO THEY CAN COLLECT OFF U !! independent artists are stuck not able to release music bc cant get any help from staff get paid or distribute anywhere if you miss termination notice window.

employees will tell u..the artist!!!...that they can not service anyone with artist favorable splits (80/20) but they'll take a cut of your earnings, but unless theyre making a lot of money off of you and putting you in a perpetual debt cycle with their marked up botted marketing services, they wont even help you or give you an answer.

ive had a jv label with them and they continue to change the splits behind my back and gaslight me when I ask about payments.

While they have their own cons their services have been amazing and worked for me really well to improve my music and helped me get all my revenues on time.

Working with Create is an absolute pleasure. The support and communication is top notch. The technological advancements that Create have already introduced has been a game changer for my music! If you love data and insights, then Create is a no-brainer!

Knowingly facilitate bot streaming for their ‘artists’, discusting practice and not to be trusted at all.

Fraudulent company that lies about who their clients are and what they do. Ask around before signing a deal and don't be fooled like I was.

I can't get a hold of anyone about the money they owe me and all of the people I worked with left the company. I haven't seen a statement or been paid in months.
