I am writing this as a mother who is absolutely heartbroken watching my daughter go through such unnecessary distress during an already emotional and sensitive time.

Following the breakdown of her relationship, my daughter made it clear that all matters relating to her IVF treatment and embryo storage were to be dealt with directly through her only...which was agreed by the clinic. Despite this, the clinic contacted her former partner regarding payment recovery, even though the annual embryo storage fee had already been paid by bank transfer in December.

On 15th March, my daughter was then informed that her eggs would be destroyed after 25 days. Since receiving this devastating news, she has struggled to get answers or proper communication from the clinic despite making repeated attempts to contact them and submitting a formal complaint.

The emotional impact this has had on my daughter has been enormous. Fertility treatment is deeply personal and sensitive, and no patient should be left feeling frightened, ignored or unsupported in this way. As her mother, it has been heartbreaking to witness the stress and anxiety this situation has caused her.

We are still waiting for proper answers and accountability regarding the handling of her confidential information, the payment errors and the threats to destroy her eggs. The lack of communication, compassion and professionalism has completely destroyed our trust in this clinic.

Great experience! I’m a terrified of needles and being a patient they were amazing! I after a frozen transfer had a lot of bleeding and they were so supportive of all of this got me into scans the same day! Amazing team!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Create fertility what can I say I went into create fertility thinking I was going to get the help I needed for trying for 20 years with no luck and emotionally stressed. I would not recommend Create Fertility due to the fact I explained to Dr Filex & Jo what I was going through I met them both on my first day. I explained all the health issues I had and I was dealing with currently also what treatments I had and what tests I had done. Dr Filex reassured me I was at the right place & they can help me with my infertility issues will look into it during this IVF process I felt comfortable at first and Jo went through the procedures & the 3 cycle package which I found was reasonably good and affordable. My first cycle was great no issues had 10 cell embryo but as going into second cycle I had to pay for the medication & was asked to pay for ICSI which I assumed was all included in the 3 cycle package but as the treatment went on this was not the case. This put me under a lot of stress as I had to start looking for funds to pay for meds. Dr Filex up the medication but this didn’t make any difference to my cycle as I had no embryos this was so heart breaking. My emotions were very high I didn’t know what was going on. I spoke to Dr Filex regarding this but was told it ok it happens we’ll keep the same protocol & again I had the same 1 embryo not great quality 6 cell which they ended up transferring which i knew wasn’t going to work. I was seriously stressed at this point as I was paying extra on top of the original 3 cycle package which I wasn’t sure on and could not afford I was left confused and stressed so spoke to Dr Filex to make sure that we checked everything and did everything to insure that this embryo got the best it can. Unfortunately as I went into for the last cycle to find out Dr Filex had left so I was not happy as she was the one I spoke about the plan we agreed. My linening was checked once no blood test had been done to insure I was ready for a transfer. I asked the question was told it’s ok all is fine. Then 1 day after transfer to be told let’s do blood test then to tell me my progesterone levels are not where they want them to be. I felt I was let down this time I felt there wasn’t enough done to insure all checks had been not. My only hope failed & I was upset and angry. So many questions in my head still.

So I brought my concerns to Create fertility awareness emailed Jo but the communication has been awful I’m Still waiting on a call! I’m left out of pocket and left with stress to deal with after all this experience I had been through!

My experience at this clinic was extremely disappointing from an administrative and communication standpoint. Despite being assigned a patient coordinator, I had to constantly chase for responses. Medication was not organised on time, and I was still trying to secure what I needed the day before I was meant to start medication.

A major issue occurred when I tried to arrange the treatment consultation needed before my second transfer. I had already completed this appointment only weeks earlier for my first transfer, yet I was told I had to repeat the entire process. The coordinator then informed me there were “no available appointments” and apologised for the inconvenience—an inconvenience that would have meant missing my entire cycle and delaying treatment by another full month. It felt like a rigid, “computer says no” response at a time when timing is medically critical. When my husband called the main switchboard, someone outside the Birmingham clinic found us an appointment that same afternoon, which made it clear that the situation had been avoidable.

As a privately paying patient, I often felt like a bank balance rather than a person. Costs were not explained clearly, and there were several hidden expenses, especially with medication. When my cycle was cancelled, we lost over £1,000 in medication alone, with no egg retrieval and no transfer. I also paid for two years of embryo storage but only used three months, as we had just two viable embryos. I’ve emailed four times requesting a refund for the unused storage and have received no response. Payments were taken immediately when treatment or medication was needed, but when it comes to anything involving a refund, it’s the complete opposite.

The star on my review are for the nurses who were consistently lovely, kind, professional, and reassuring. Some consultants were also very good, but my main consultant provided limited information unless I specifically asked. When my first transfer failed and I asked what might be changed for the second attempt, the consultant simply said we would “do the same and see if it works.” If the second transfer had failed, we would have needed to pay for an entirely new treatment package—including medication—and a frozen transfer alone is over £5,000. None of this was acknowledged when discussing the plan.

I later learned that I would have been eligible for the ABC package, which is significantly cheaper than the CREATE option I was placed on. This was never mentioned to me.

The experience was overshadowed by poor communication, lack of transparency, and a dismissive attitude around finances. Emails about additional charges were frequent, often for hundreds of pounds, and any questions about invoices were met with short, unhelpful replies. It added unnecessary stress during an already emotional time.

This process has cost us around £15,000, and I am still waiting for clarity on my refund. While I am now 19 weeks pregnant and grateful for the successful outcome, I would not recommend this clinic to other private patients. The nurses were excellent, but the administrative and coordination side of the clinic undermined the entire experience through poor communication, inflexibility, and a lack of care.

Create Fertility has been absolutely life-changing for us. I had previously gone through four unsuccessful IUIs at another clinic and was starting to feel completely hopeless. Create took the time to make a personalised plan and tailor the cycle, medication and procedure specifically to my needs — and it worked. I became pregnant on my second IUI with them, and I’m writing this now while looking at my beautiful 2-week-old twin boys.
We are beyond grateful for the care, expertise, and compassion we received. Create gave us our family, and we can’t recommend them enough! ❤️

Really poor communicators, expecting £21k for treatment yet have chased copies of a scan over a 6 month period multiple times complaining to no avail. despite multiple promises still nothing. has damaged the trust if cannot get on top of basic administration. This is a geniune review and complaint and it's frustrating you can communicate here but not properly where it matters. Fertility is time sensitive and stressful enough you should be on the ball.
You can respond a negative review on here but not email when contacted direct. Yet you still haven't sent the information we paid for despite acknowledging the mistakes.

I want to share my review about Create Fertility based on my experience. I live in Birmingham. I got married four years ago, but for all these years, I was unable to conceive. After four years, I contacted them, and they completed the happiness I had been waiting for all this time.
They have a wonderful team, and the whole process went very smoothly. They always responded on time, explained everything very clearly, guided me properly, and took great care of me. First, they did all the necessary scans, then collected my eggs, and later transferred the embryos into me. The entire procedure was almost painless, and I felt very comfortable having my treatment with them.
Today, Alhamdulillah, I did my pregnancy test, and it came back positive. I am so grateful to the Birmingham branch of Create Fertility for helping me achieve this happiness and for putting in so much effort throughout the process.
I highly recommend the Birmingham branch. If anyone is trying to have children, please contact them. They are absolutely fair, everything is genuine, and they don’t do any dishonest work. The treatment is excellent.

Ive had two IVF cycles with Create. Sadly, both have had poor outcomes, but I cant fault the team. The admin team are really nice and helpful, the nurses are brilliant, caring and considerate. The Consultants are informative, allow you time to ask questions, and always explain anything you need in more detail. The anaesthetists have been brilliant on both occasions and so has the ODP! The embryologists are always very kind and considerate and patient. They always take the time to explain the outcomes and give you the opportunity to ask questions.

Even though ive had two cycles that haven't had perfect outcomes so far, I would still use Create again.

I trusted in create Fertilty to ensure my journey with them would be comfortable and smooth I’ve been nothing but disappointed the heartache.. I finally got accepted through NHS however they needed the report from create Fertilty bearing in mind I paid for a private scan my hard earnt money however after sending emails for over 5
Months and keeping getting told a doctor will sign my report of I have yet not heard anything ! Unless you want to be disappointed and your chances of having a baby even more less don’t go with this company!! I will put this all over social media tik tok as they have prevented my chances !! I told them
My dead line was today still they choose to blank me all they care about is the money they don’t care about nothing else!!!

From start to finish, our experience of Create and all of the team we came into contact with was fantastic. Everyone was so professional, yet warm and friendly. Everything was explained in a way we could understand. All queries were responded to quickly. What really shone through was how positive everyone was. Our chances of success were slim and while we were made aware of this, conversations were always focused on a positive outcome which shifted our mindset. The egg collection was smooth and I felt so well cared for. The transfer was a great experience, I loved how my partner was included - it felt fun!
The outcome of all of this? Success first time! Our baby girl is five weeks old and we will forever be grateful to Create for making our dream come true.

They took great care of us during treatment and we were lucky enough to be blessed with a beautiful baby girl.

The pain in not conceiving to start of with is such pain and then to go through with this company is atrocious.
It has now been over 1 year and going back and forth numerous amount of times and having to give repetitive information time and time again and to also have over 50 blood tests we have not even started treatment
The miserable people from reception to the consultants at the Birmingham clinic couldn’t care less your just another number
You try and address your issues to the consultants and they don’t want to know. If it were not for my G.P i would never have come to this clinic.
Im so regretting now and having to go through this all again through another company would take another year or so

I had my consultation with this clinic and am giving two stars only because the professional who conducted it was truly excellent. Beyond that, the entire experience has been frustrating and disheartening.

As soon as I got home, my partner and I were ready to move forward and purchase the sperm. However, we had a few important questions to ensure we chose the right donor for our situation. I sent an email — and after two weeks, I still hadn't received a response. I had to call multiple times just to chase someone, only to be told each time that they "have up to 48 hours to respond." That timeframe has long passed.

This is an incredibly time-sensitive and emotionally involved process that requires proper communication and support. The lack of response not only delays our treatment but shakes any confidence we had in their professionalism. After reading similar complaints from others about this clinic’s poor communication, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, I experienced exactly what so many others have warned about.

Do I feel confident moving forward with my treatment here? Absolutely NOT. I have lost all trust in this company.

We are so thankful to Create Fertility for helping us become parents. After a long wait, we finally have our beautiful baby girl. We are the happiest parents and will always be grateful for their support.

I had a very bad experience with this clinic. I have hypothyroidism, and my levels were high, but they didn’t tell me to fix it before starting IVF. I spent a lot of money that was very hard for me to save, but the care was poor. They told me to wait for a phone call before taking an important injection, but no one called me. I felt they only care about some people and ignore others. I regret choosing this clinic and don’t recommend it to anyone.
My treatment was on 3 July 2023. I have hypothyroidism, and my TSH was 3.24, but I wasn’t advised to manage it before IVF.As I later learned that TSH levels should ideally be below 2.5 for fertility treatment.I was also left waiting for a critical injection after being told I'd receive a call, but no one contacted me.Given the emotional and financial cost, I expected better care. I hope my feedback helps improve future patient experiences.
