Excellent, as always
Excellent customer service, as always. I need to make some changes to my order, and after a quick phone call to the Creased Cards team they had my order amended with no fuss. Even with the amendment my order was delivered within 2 days.

Card purchase
I have used this company a couple of times. It seems to be a relatively small company providing a personal service down to hand sddressing your purchase.
The range and quality of the card# is akin to what you would find in a high street card shop and while you may not find absolutely every possible style of card it provides a prompt, personal and convenient service which, as a customer you can feel comfortable with.

Let down by online service
I've previously written 5 star reviews for creased as I've been a loyal customer for years but sadly their online service seems to have got out of hand for them. I ordered a birthday card for a colleague that their automated system processed with no hint of a problem, then the following day after receiving a second email saying the order was being prepared, I had an email to say the card was out of stock. I asked if they'd be getting more of that card and two days later was told no, so I requested a refund that a week later I'm still waiting for and have just had to chase. I don't like writing negative reviews but having recommended creased before I feel I need to redress that. If you're in Brighton pop in and browse, they do hold a great range of brilliant cards. But be very careful using their online ordering as they're obviously not fussed about service or loyalty. Very disappointing.

Hi Clara, as per my email to you, we were sorry to hear of the problem. You added this review soon after sending the email so at that point we hadn't had chance to address it.
As explained by email, we believe this is a technical work queue issue that meant until your email this morning, we did not realise the refund had not been made through the normal auto process. We'll look into the technical reasons for that and I have processed the refund today of course.
We process very few refunds at Creased in the normal process of business, so unfortunately it isn’t something that we would have become aware of until you’d let us know this morning.
Re your comments around comms, we did indeed wait the 2 days to see whether our suppliers order would arrive in time, in line with your instruction by email on the 10th, however on the 13th, we did not believe it would arrive by the Weds when you needed it for. We wanted to ensure you had time to buy elsewhere as the alternatives we offered were not suitable for you. It is at this point that the tech gremlin seems to have hit that I mentioned previously.
These types of issues are rare and I’m sorry if this one incident shakes your confidence in us but I do appreciate your past custom. We absolutely are fussed about customer service, as a small independent business operating in a tough retail environment, we have to be – I think the vast majority of our other Trustpilot reviews demonstrate that. Of course, it is entirely up to you whether you use us again, however we are here if you decide to. All the best.
