Hi Robbie,
We are thrilled to hear about your positive experience with Creamchargers.co.uk! Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.

This is for attracting young people
My experience is that when you are young and want to buy NO2 for inhaling, this site is the place to go. The business has nothing to do with cooking or baking, only for young people attraction.
You can buy with just a credit card, the products are with cool images and such, this has nothing to do with baking.

Dear Nikolaj,
Thank you for sharing your views. We, at Creamchargers.co.uk, take all feedback seriously, as it allows us to continually improve our services. That said, we would like to clarify certain points that you have raised.
Firstly, it's important to note that your review appears to be based on assumptions rather than a personal experience with our business. Our customer records do not show any purchases associated with your username or from Denmark, where you're located. We currently only operate in the UK.
Secondly, we must stress that our business's purpose is explicitly culinary in nature. Nitrous oxide (N2O) chargers are a long-established culinary tool, primarily used to create whipped cream and other culinary creations. It's true that our products can be purchased with a credit card, but that is a common, lawful payment method across countless online businesses globally.
We invest time and effort into the design of our products and website to create an appealing, professional shopping experience. These efforts are aimed at all culinary enthusiasts and are not targeted at any specific age group.
We must clarify that the misuse of our products for purposes other than those we explicitly promote and sell them for is strongly discouraged and against our company policy. The customer must bear the responsibility for the correct use of the products they purchase.
We encourage our customers to make informed decisions, understand the purpose of our products, and use them responsibly for their intended culinary uses.
Lastly, we are committed to continually improving our services and ensuring customer satisfaction. We hope this response clarifies our stance and that any future reviews will be based on direct experiences with our products and services.
Kind Regards,
Creamchargers.co.uk

Dear Sarah,
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you've experienced. This lapse in communication is unusual for us, and we're taking steps to prevent this from happening again.
In retrospect, our team did not fully acknowledge your query about delivery on 9th May due to an ongoing conversation about the purpose of your order. We regret that this has caused confusion and frustration.
To rectify this situation, we have issued a full refund for your order. We understand that this does not excuse the delay you experienced, but we hope it goes some way to make amends.
Your feedback is important to us and has highlighted areas where we can improve our service. We've taken this incident seriously and are implementing procedures to ensure better email tracking and prompt responses.
We would like another opportunity to provide you with the high-quality service we pride ourselves on. When you choose to place another order with us, we'll do everything we can to ensure you have a positive experience.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for your understanding.
Great website !!!!!!
Great website have used multiple times. They do advertise next day delivery ‘which i paid extra for’ which didn’t turn up next day. But other than that great website great products and will be ordering again. Easy, reliable and very cheap 😁😁😁😁
