Dreadful delivery times. You can't even track the progress of your article.
I bought a CD player - PM21. The quality was so bad that I had to throw it out. The tracks skipped or simply wouldn't play.
I should have read the reviews beforehand.
Don't waste your money

I brought this tactical assault beer can holder supposed to carry 2 cans when i opened it you couldn't get one can into it i sent messages called and now they have removed the whole transaction from my account just a bunch of thieves

I ordered an item and immediately paid using the BPAY option (my bank confirmed the transaction). I received several automated email reminders from them to pay or my order would be cancelled. I responded to these messages via their specific customer service department (email and online form) several times, and received no reponse. Three business days after ordering, they cancelled my order claiming that I had not paid. Now I am trying to chase a refund. Based on this experience, I would not engage with them.

I recently purchased some contour razor blades. They were so blunt I got a skin rash. Scan scam scam.

I had a very disappointing experience with Crazy Sales. I ordered Bluetooth wireless earphones and waited 3 to 4 weeks for my order. Two weeks ago, Crazy Sales sent me a tracking number and advised that my order had been shipped. During that time, I regularly contacted customer service to ask for updates because I was concerned about the delay. While they initially responded to my inquiries, they did not provide enough information about the status of my order.
Last week, I emailed them again because I had already been waiting a long time and still had not received my order. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response. Then today, I was informed that the item I ordered was no longer available and out of stock.

I was very frustrated because I waited several weeks only to be told that the product was unavailable. Before placing my order, I had read reviews mentioning slow delivery and poor customer service. I decided to give Crazy Sales a chance because I really wanted the product and hoped my experience would be different. Unfortunately, I ended up experiencing the same issues that many other customers have reported.

The only positive part of my experience is that I received a full refund. However, the poor communication, lack of updates, and long waiting time made the overall experience very disappointing.

My advice to other customers is to read the reviews carefully before placing an order. I hope no one else has to go through the same frustrating experience that I had with this website.

product not working, not helpful over phone requires you to take photos of item and send to them then wait for reply about dont know what.no reply then another call, operator says carnt help.do not buy from them l will never buy from them ever nor will anyone l know.disgraceful

Haven’t received my item had no confirmation in my email feel this site is a scam

Delivery has so far been non existent. If i ever do receive the product it is at glacial pace. Sadly i fear its a bit of a scam site, items are not in Australia.
Buyer beware, because this is my one and last use of crazy sales Australia.

I will never again buy anything from this seller. They should be reported to a consumer affairs for no fair and no ethical sales practices.
If you return an item , claiming no good quality, they will classify it as "change of mind". The item did not meet quality expectations and i had to return it to them. However, they want a buyer to pay for the return postage. There is no return label as well. I emailed them them 2 times proof, as they asked for ( photo of Australia Post office invoice with trucking information)and they did not compensate me for return which is quiet costly for the satellite cable of 46m. They are hard to get refund back to buyers. I payed via PayPal and they helped me with this case.
I do no recommend Crazy Sales at all to anyone.

Purchased a caravan cover 18-20 foot and it clearly is the wrong size. I sent video proof showing that it won’t even cover mr 18”6 caravan and now they won’t reply yo my emails. STAY CLEAR THEY ARE SCAMERS

I brought two advent calendars. I was thinking they may have been like samples of the products but they weren’t they’re just flat small plastic pictures of the products.

So I managed to waste another $50 without even leaving my lounge room.

I did look at reviews but they don’t keep or allow negative reviews on their site so I’m here on Trustpilot.

When you complain they offer return then they will take 20% off pre-postage amount you paid. Postage is not refundable very much one star do not waste your money.

Save your money and buy from a reputable retailer then you will get samples of products win win

Ordered, paid, never recieved, keep getting told it's on its way but tracking never moves, offered a replacement and that too never arrived, pretty much a scam business, buyers beware

Bought a rain guage, under 3month reading the screen was unreadable, contacted customer service after back and forth they said they had refunded me the cost of item plus postage, but I never received the refund. No I do not recommend this site

I bought 2 Android tablets which the ad said included an external keyboard and mouse for each. I got the keyboard but no mice included.
It took me three weeks to get them to reimburse me enough money to buy mice from another vendor. Their initial compensation offer was $5 for the missing mice.
I won't be buying from this disreputable company again.

I bought hair dryer and not hot meaning defect hair dryer I got.
I'm email and call customer service and they always answer nice with Ping pong email this and that until now Not solution.

Order arrived and clearly was not the same brand as advertised (it looked like a cheap knockoff). Requested a full refund or for the original purchase to be sent out. They offered to reimburse the postage cost and keep the dodgy product. Won’t be using this site again.

I wish I could give them zero stars! And I wish I had have read these reviews before buying anything from this site!
What a rip off, I ordered what was described as a senior’s watch with sensitive fall detection, what I received was a dumb watch that I cannot even set up! No where on the packaging does it say it has fall detection.
When I contacted them for a refund they offered me $10 back when I paid $134! I told them I was not happy with that outcome and now they just send automated emails every 4 days or so saying that their technical team are looking in to it and they will respond in 3-5 days.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. It will cost you both in time and money.

Buyer beware , do not purchase anything from this company, everything comes from China, customer service is extremely poor, I have waited 4 weeks for items that were marked as sent, tracking number provided Leeds to no where, complained and, apparently, it will take an additional 15 business days to look into my concern and get back to me. I can’t get a refund as the items have been marked as sent. This is exceptionally frustrating and annoying. Items were bought weeks in advance for a camping holiday, I had to purchase elsewhere. Do not purchase from these guys as it will end in heartache

Don't purchase from them I waited a month to receive my goods! I called and they only wanted to compensate me $5.00 ! Get real. I'll never buy from them again.
