Ordered a Burford Double Bed, Mattress, Pillows, and Topper.
Topper arrived with a price tag lower than the price charged by CrazyPriceBeds had charged me attached to it. Bed frame arrived. Mattress hasn’t arrived now nearly one month after ordering. Customer service is non existent. They said they’d refund for the topper which I returned at my own expense. They never did. They said they’d investigate why the mattress hadn’t arrived. They never have. I have received absolutely no follow up communication from CrazyPriceBeds to multiple (polite) emails since my first complaint. I have since bought a replacement mattress, and raised a complaint with ClearPay. The phone number provided on the complaint, and the contact at “Baaj Capital”, the owners of Crazy Price Beds are also dead ends, the line is faulty and the email addrsss for louise@baajcapital also receives no response. Atrocious company. Drop credibility. the only thing Crazy about “CrazyPriceBeds” is the price - because you pay and receive no goods, and that trading standards haven’t caught up with them yet. I’m checking the box to let CrazyPriceBeds now about this review in the hope it may trigger a basic level of customer service response.

I ordered two beds on the 5th august. No deliveries yet. Still getting same cut and pasted message telling me that the beds were damaged in transit and they will resend. I have asked for a refund but if I don’t get it I will be taking legal action given the other reviews I see here. Very poor service. Can’t comment on the beds!

We ordered a kingsize oak bed which arrived sooner than we expected, but unfortunately had some damage to the headboard. After emailing customer service and filling in the online contact form (the reply first went into the junk emails!) they replaced the headboard with equally impressive fast delivery. We’d use them again.

Bought a loft bed from them around end of April 2022. It is very flimsy. It was advertised as a teen to adult loft bed but maybe a small child could sleep on it. The wooden frame is very thin and sways when my son sleeps on it. Also the slats are flimsy. My teen son has just not been able to sleep on it and he is light weight. It is bordering on dangerous. I got in touch with customer service but they are very unhelpful. Left with an unused bed.

I would give 0 if possible.
I ordered the bed on the 17th of November, it eventually came after the shock of Company going into liquidation. but also delivered was footboard headboard and sides of another bed. I rang company and told them about this. Asked them if they could collect. They said I could keep it and they would send the extra fittings after 14 emails later I still have not received the correct fittings I have asked them to come and collect the bed still have received no reply and they are now not answering emails.

You have replied to me under the review I made yesterday and said you have contacted me - but you haven't - you haven't replied to my last three emails!! I placed my order on the 20th October 2022 and my query is still mot resolved! I want my money back!!!

I orginally put a poor review as late delivery date. However, I did receive an email after complaining and the delivery then arrived a couple of days later. I was happy with a quick response to my complaint.So after worrying due to other reviews, I am just glad it is here. Not built up yet though but just glad arrived after worry.

Something wrong with this company l have an autistic son sleeping on the floor nearly 6 weeks now because l trusted the wrong company/ people, they took my money for two beds which are still not delivered its excuse after excuse lm not happy at all with their poor service it wont be nice when l take this further.

This company took £700 from me months ago and sent me nothing. No beds. No correspondence. I endlessly try their contact details but get nothing at all. If anyone has any advice- I would welcome it.

This company is a con.

Previously wrote a review 4 days ago. Do not answer phones or answer emails. Today I received an email confirming Crazy Beds confirming they went into administration at midnight on 23 November and now have new owners. They are still taking orders. No mention that they've company has changed ownership. Unable to give refund but will honour the order

My wife bought 2 single beds we received 1 bed tried to contact the company via phone and several emails with no success. This company is fraud and robbers...Do Not go anywhere near them

Flimsy and not-so-solid oak bed arrived. But the fittings didn’t even line up as drilled incorrectly. Complained and crazy beds said they would return a small amount of £ as compensation so that I could fix. Then nothing, no reply, ignored, no money as promised. Disgusting treatment. If it goes wrong, they will ignore you and not show any honour.

Do not buy from this company it is a con! they will take your money and not delivery your goods! I purchased two day beds, which had a 5 day delivery for both. I eventually received 1 bed, the driver said that was all that he had listed on the delivery note. I have been trying to contact the company via email, i've sent 5 so far and telephone calls which have been way over 20 calls. They have a recorded message and never answer the phone and they do not respond to emails. If you look further into the company, it was actually dissolved! I will now have to go down the legal route!

Bed was a great price and looks and feels good quality just took a while to build. But this is a bargain price so can’t complain. Fast delivery too but they could only deliver Mon-Friday which was a pain with work so had to get my mum to wait in the house for a couple of hours !

Burford vintage style bed frame was really nice, good price, delivery on time..unfortunately the mattress doesn't fit snugly onto the frame although Standard UK size!!
The production team say the "allow extra room" for your bedding..so this obviously makes a difference..Maybe check inside of frame measurements before you buy as this is not clear on the website and will make the slats visible!!
Overall,, like the frame but very disappointed with what I believe to be lack of information regarding the dimensions of frame where mattress sits.

Great quality bed, easy to assemble just one person not two as requested. I am very pleased and will buy in future again

Ordered our Chelford Oak double bed to match existing furniture and were delighted with the result. Online ordering was very simple with a confirmation email received almost immediately. The bed was delivered within the 5 day time slot and updates by email and text ensured we were in at the right time for delivery. The driver Tony was very polite and courteous and delivered our 3 packages to the rear garage in the pouring rain. The bed itself was easy to assemble within 30 minutes and we are absolutely delighted with the quality of the bed at such a reasonable price. Yes we had visited all the local bed shops as a comparison. Now we have a very attractive Oakwood bedroom furniture suite for our guests to enjoy.
