The data I collect was blocked with some new technique. I filed a support ticket. They responded immediately and it was unblocked in less than 24 hours. I was very satisfied with both the product and the support.
Their service is excellent. However, their pricing is unacceptable to me. I didn't use much of their web scraping because I was aware of their fees, but I still feel like I was overpaid. This is why I cancelled my subscription.

It turned out to be very easy to use--it fit into my crawling framework with no problem--but it didn't yield the results I'd hoped for. Much to my surprise (and pleasure), an email to Crawlbase support was answered within minutes--and the solution they proposed worked perfectly. I am very happy both with Crawlbase's technology and--perhaps even more so--their technical support team. Highly recommended.
