We ordered a Canon 15-35 RF lens, got a delivery confirmation and nothing.... radio silence....
Just crooked. Like all the other reviews, DO NOT USE, you won't get your goods.

what the others say, stay clear

They take your money, don’t reply to emails and don’t send the goods. A complete scam so do not buy from them. Luckily I bought with credit card so was able to get my money back through ‘chargeback’.

This is a scam website.
After purchasing I received one confirmation of order and then nothing for weeks. I emailed them as there is no phone number provided and heard nothing. I noticed the name on my bank statement looked dodgy (i wish I had seen this earlier) and was able to claim my money back through my bank.

Please do not make the same mistake I made by buying from this company!

I ordered a lens over 3 weeks ago paid for it and have herd nothing from Cranstoncameras since, there has been no repliesto my emails

Scam! £1860 camera, after 15 days on where to be seen, 5 emails no response. Stay away from this website!!!

I ordered and paid for a Canon R5 mirrorless camera with this so called company. I received an automated reply saying that the camera would be despatched and I would be contacted with delivery details. I’ve never heard from them, despite me contacting them via their website, email and Facebook messenger. No dialogue, no contact, nothing. The only thing that is certain is that they’ve taken in excess of £3000 and not supplied the camera. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY (probably).

Was looking around for buying a new camera and came across what is now definitely too good to be true offer. Was looking forward to using my Sony alpha A7 III the weekend after I ordered due to the website saying 3-5 days delivery. Well it all went downhill from there. DON'T buy from this website. My money all got cleared, got the confirmation email, two days later got an email saying it's been dispatched but without any tracking number. It has now been over two weeks, they don't respond to any emails nor their Facebook messages! There isn't a phone number for this scam site to contact either. I have contacted my bank to sort out getting a refund from this fraudulent company! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! THE OFFER IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE CAUSE IT ISN'T TRUE! Please don't fall into the same trap like I have

Placed order, paid money, order confirmed, shipping notification received followed by order fulfilled on their website. NO GOODS RECEIVED.

No Tracking information provided.
No reply to any emails

Horrible communication. They never answered my emails. Like most review here I only got automated updates, no tracking numbers and it didn't come in the time promise and I had to MOVE. So I got my money back from my credit card company. Then they sent me this review invite lol. Look I don't know if this is a scam per say but if it walks like a duck...

Scammers took my money but did not deliver

Ordered a z7 II for £2300 2 weeks ago said shipped but no tracking as promised. No answer to emails. No answer to facebook and not answer phone which was supplied to me by the bank (07912226091) UK Mobile. They have a UK bank but probably from Hong Kong. Name of the company that the money was debited to was a company called Floryday and police and bank are getting involved. Nothing received. Chargeback in progress. Stay away from these goons.

Update after sending my claim by post to my bank they bank have refunded me within 48 hours. £2300 back in my account. I think I will only buy from a street shop in future.

I spent nearly £1.5k with this company 11 days ago. Shortly after I was informed it had dispatched, and to use the Shop app to track it. The app has no tracking information, and despite repeated attempts to make contact, I have received no answer. I will soon have to contact my card company. I would be quite suspicious about this company, and exercise great caution ordering with them.

Placed an order for a lens on 11/6 and was advised by email it had been dispatched on 15/6. No tracking details; ie a tracking number or courier details (and no delivery date). Numerous emails sent to them and I have messaged them via Facebook and Instagram but I’ve still heard nothing almost a month later! I’ve since reported them to trading standards and my credit card company is hopefully going to refund me. IF they are a genuine business (and I have my doubts) then they won’t be trading for long if my experience is anything to go by!

No communication and no camera, my card company got my 2k back. Steer clear of this company

Complete lack of communication will not answer any emails leave you in the dark thinking you're been scammed. How do I contact them if I have a problem with the product when it arrives, "if it arrives"
They state 3 to 5 working days from their UK warehouse it's now been 18days and still waiting. No tracking info

scam .. do not use this site !! .. they are into me for £1200.00 .. in hands of my credit card company now .. dont get caught the way i did

Save yourself worry and anxiety when you part ways with your money. As indicated by others they don’t respond to any emails at all plus their Facebook chat is nonsense.

I got this email requesting a review as a reply to my third email chasing up my order which I haven’t received now over 25days.

I must say I am gutted and beyond disappointed..
