Ordered 2 cards, quality was average at best and the envelopes provided did not match the size of the cards?!! They were far too big for the cards - the envelopes didn't even fit in the outer envelope so each envelope came folded inside their respective card! I mean c'mon provide the right sized envelope - that's basic stuff for a card shop surely!

Hi Susan, I'm sorry to hear the quality was not to your satisfaction, we try our best to be market best in quality, I see you ordered a custom card, these are 1 of 1s and we cannot replicate the quality for these. Unfortunatly regarding the envelopes it is harder than you may think to get a smaller envelope and get it into that packaging. We are a 2 person team doing our best to get up and running! We will take your feedback on board.
