Originally I had a little trouble from my bank which for unknown reasons kept flagging the website when I tried to pay for service. Long story short, I made a mess out of the ordering process.
I called customer service, who then put me in touch with a Julia. I explained my situation and within 24 hours or less she had resolved my concerns and found me a great writer.

I just concluded the process. The writer chosen for me "Daniel" was responsive, insightful and provided a fantastic resume in an updated format.

While I can only speak to my experience I would absolutely use them again and would specifically ask for Daniel.

I found them because they were offering a free ATS check which was all I wanted. They ended up writing an email to me few days later that it will take 48 hours for a *person* to critique my CV. Not what I wanted but OK. A week and a half later and there's nothing.
I feel my CV is being held hostage, that they'll use my work to construct paid customers' CVs, nevermind the fact that I had some personal information on the CV. This all the while I have a useless account where I can't check the progress, edit or delete my account, I can only order paid services.
It's unprofessional if not an outright scam.

Buyer beware…I am giving them one star and barely one star…because they tried to accomplish the project…but I still had to deal with numerous emails requesting a refund, and a partial refund at that, falling on deaf ears.

To start with, they do not advertise that writers are non-native English speakers. While I’m not suggesting these people are not talented, having someone who primarily speaks English is important if looking for a job whose primary requirements require you to read and write in English. In my case, this is important given that I’m in the field of Communications. My first draft contained basic errors and did not align with my industry. Essentially, it was a rearrangement of my own work - with the addition of a few words that did not make sense (and new grammatical and punctuation issues).

I was then reassigned to another writer after bringing this to the company’s attention (note: it took me two times to ask for a refund or reassignment). There was some effort - but by that point, they were already far behind on the original due date. Furthermore, after the reassignment, I had to seek out a status update after close to a week of silence. They said info had been uploaded to their portal that I may have not seen, but that was mere hours before I reached out to get some type of status update.

When I expressed my frustration once again, and asked for a refund once again, it fell on deaf ears, once again. I felt like I was being strong-armed into accepting a lesser-than product.

I very rarely write reviews but I’m doing so because this may be a sizable expense for many. It was for me. If you are looking for quality product to match what you are spending, my advice is to work with someone locally, who may better understand your needs and goals. I’m walking away from this experience feeling like I was taken advantage of. Sharing this so others can be more careful than I was in this process.

EDIT: They are working on improving my resume and made up for the lateness with a free thank you letter which I appreciate. Beware, this is not an American company, they are based off in Estonia. If you're looking for American resume writers in same timezone, my advice make sure you ask for it or search for one in the USA on their site.

My resume is coming later then deadline I asked for. It was supposed to be here in 8 days from Oct 24 to Oct 31 I gave 1 week the usual for this kind of work that was the deadline. Its Nov 2nd today still haven't gotten my resume emailed yet. Plus, I didn't even receive one of the writers emails for revision. I would not do business with this group again they are late on things. Lets pray and hope my resume turns out good hope I get it on Wed Nov 4th for something I need to do with it.
