Hi the order i placed for placed for polo shirts gilet, light jacket, and top, all arrived . Very happy with the order quality and standard . And service as a whole. Will order some more later in year , and recommend.

I wouldn't recommend. After receiving my garments I had to contact them immediately. I was sent incorrect materials despite checking twice with them, and the stitching was poor to say the least, not aligned properly and just looked unprofessional. The reply was curt, dismissive and generally rude. There are better companies out there.

Excellent service and great quality clothing

Extremely disappointed with the uniform embroidery provided by Kingcraft. The stitching quality is very poor – the lettering is messy, uneven, and looks rushed. For something that is supposed to represent a professional business uniform, the finish is unacceptable. It honestly looks like very low-standard work and not something I would expect from a company offering embroidery services.
What made the experience worse was the customer service. When I raised the issue, there was no real effort to resolve the problem or take responsibility for the poor workmanship. Communication was unhelpful and dismissive.
I paid for a professional product and service but received neither. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Kingcraft to anyone looking for quality embroidery or reliable customer service.

Nice quality clothes for the price, however, having sent me some wrong items I contacted them to say please advise way forward, no response so then I got a chase up "check in" email so I asked again. Customer service then saying never received my initial response can I find that email then screenshot it as proof & then they will set about returns etc. Why on earth does my initial email matter, they now know they sent me the wrong items & I really can't be bothered with all the faff! Surely, they can now take up the query & now sort, I have simply asked for the original order items - so I said forget it I'll order elsewhere from now on to which they replied "we just need to see a proof of that original e-mail" ... WHY??? It makes no difference whatsoever to that fact you sent me the wrong items & I simply would like what I ordered. V poor customer service I'm afraid.
