Helpful, sensible and human

From the first contact after damage to my boat I was treated like a person, not just a claimant. I was able to talk through options, and the decisions made were made by a human, not an algorithm or a rigid set of rules. Invoices were paid promptly to the workmen involved, and everyone concerned was completely satisfied. I highly recommend Craftinsure.

Prompt and courteous service

My emailed query was promptly replied to in a courteous, helpful manner by Oisin. Craftsure have been insuring our boat for almost two and a half years now and always find them very easy to deal with!

Polite and Professional

Very clear, professional communications at all stages of my claim. They were able to advise on what to expect throughout. Extremely responsive to questions. Overall, I found them pragmatic and helpful. Have recommended them to several boat owners already and will continue to do so.
