The quality of the costume was…
The quality of the costume was extremely poor. I tried it on and it came apart wherever there was stitching. Very disappointing. Maybe it was a new costume and they were unaware of it’s quality. However the service was good, friendly and prompt. I would use Cracker Jack in the future but go to the store next time.

Hi Fran,
Sorry to hear that the costume was poor quality and thank you so much for bringing this to our attention!
You are correct in your assumption; the item you ordered was a new product and we will not be stocking it again.
We have sent through the refund for the faulty product and the postage.
Hope this has not been an inconvenience for you and thank you for your understanding!

Best dress in show!…
There are heaps of costumes on offer for all different ocassions. I booked a flapper dress some 6 months in advance to ensure i got what i wanted. When i went to pick it up, it was already packed up for me - everything that i had looked at and picked out was bagged ready for me to pick up.
I certainly stood out at the event i wore the costume to! One of the best dressed there! Can't thank the team enough for helping me chose my costume.
Great service!
