Among the companies we are currently actively using, one of the best-performing is CPX Research. We also do not experience any issues with payments, and we are satisfied with their service.

They unreasonably rejected the first survey I completed, just within two minutes after completion, and permanently banned my CPX account. I tried asking their customer service, but they always dodged the issue and only offered to unban the account; I cannot get back the rewards that were originally mine. This is a fraudulent website.

Best customer support and fast network payout, the best survey platform ever

I am writing this to warn others about the dishonest "Reversal" practices on this platform. After completing multiple offers legitimately as a new user I started seeing arbitrary "Reversal" chargebacks on my account (specifically on Feb 11 and Feb 23, 2026).

Hello,

You are not seeing any surveys because our survey partners excluded you from future survey projects. I do not have a lot of details about that. Survey partners may allow you to participate in the future again when their internal quality scoring is recovered. I wish there was more that I can do for you at this time. However, this is their decision. I always recommend taking time when answering surveys and looking out for test and control questions that check your attention.

Great customer service, I got a reply from a question within minutes and solved my problem. CPX Research has good surveys, I don't always qualify for some surveys but the ones i complete i have been paid. Highly recommend CPX Research, great site.
