I purchased a plesk licence there hours passed and i didnt receive the licence key yet, the status of my bill is paid but the status of the licence is pending, im writing to them in live chat, messenger and no one is even answering

Hi Ervin, thanks for posting the message. Your order has been processed. The delay was largely due to the auto provisioning error when communicating with the license server which halt the process. This has been addressed.

Very easy, it's all about the license key you get. Same as on Plesk's website but cheaper
