My sleeping has increased from one hour…
My sleeping has increased from one hour lots to 3 hour lots I sleep 6 hours a night total one hour lots was getting to be suicidal. My daily functuing has increased to be good. Money well spent. CPAP Geelong Thank u.

I love that the Geelong team were able to move to more modern and larger premises recently. The decor is fresh. The customer service overall is excellent. Poor quality service.
Firstly, I spoke to a call centre that said my having received an incorrect mask could be swapped at the Geelong CPap shop. When I arrived there they initially knew nothing about the directions I had been given to swap the mask. I was then informed that because it was a different mask it would cost me an additional $15.05. After some dithering they were able to locate one for me. I then asked if somebody was available to check what I thought was a malfunctioning machine. No one was available immediately but I could make an appointment another day to bring it in for assessment. I explained I lived 25 km away could I come back when someone was available today. This did not change their request for me to book an appointment.

After reviewing your order, I found that the cushions were incorrectly priced on our website. We genuinely appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it allowed us to correct an issue we may have otherwise overlooked, so thank you for that.
I have now processed a refund of $15.05 to your account. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to be reimbursed, and if you haven’t received the reimbursement by then, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
I also sincerely apologise that we were unable to accommodate an appointment on the day you visited. I checked Geelong’s schedule for 19/02, and unfortunately, they were fully booked. While we always strive to assist where we can, appointments for machine issues are best booked in advance, as same-day availability is not always possible. I understand this may have been frustrating, and I am truly sorry for any inconvenience caused.
