Easy!

The part I needed was in order and I was able to pick it up the next day. Easy to order and pick up.

Items available but very expensive

On the plus side, this was the only place in the UK which had the item I needed in stock (a Transcend P8 battery). However, it was extremely expensive compared to other UK retailers and much more so than US retailers, even when allowing for the cost of importing it from the US.

Exceptional support for business traveler

Upon arrival from the US to London for an extended business trip, my travel cpap until failed. Within a few hours of contacting the Cpap Store London, I was able to secure a doctor’s appointment and prescription which allowed me to purchase a new unit for my trip. For my convenience, the Cpap store organized a courier for delivery of the unit to my hotel so that I would have it for that night.

Personal service above and beyond

I had a call from the store the day after I placed my order for a travel machine + battery; the lovely young man asked me about my travel plans, I explained that as I as disabled we have a caravan, because I can't always get out for a day in a hotel if I'm having a bad day, and don't always have power + I'm going to Canada in September. He then told me of a smaller, more recent machine that would suit me better but it cost @ £400 more as a courtesy they waived the extra cost and I received the better machine the next day.
