11/13/2025 I just received my so called quilt. This is not a quilt. All it is is a piece of material with stitching on it.
Do NOT purchase from this company.
It is just a printed piece of material. It is definately not a quilt.
Scam, scam, scam!!!!

$114 later I have not received my product. I’m still waiting. They will not reply to my emails. This is a total scam. How do people get away with with this? They need to be shut down how can they just rip people off? it’ll come back around

As other reviewers have said, the product received that was advertised as a "quilt" was just a thin, undersized piece of printed fabric with some stitching to simulate a quilted look. Cozzy Homes website misrepresents the product and they provide no reasonable remedy. They won't accept returns, won't refund, will only "replace" if you provide convincing photographic proof that the wrong item was sent. Give this company a HARD PASS.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT buy here!!!! If I could give a Zero I would. No texture, you can see clearly through the fabric. It cheapens everything around it. Beware,Stay clear of this if you’re looking for quality.

I want to give their product as well as their customer service a "ZERO". Cozzy home is a scam operation! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS. I am out $100. they will not refund.
I contacted Amex and the Federal Trade Commission. They still have my $99.29.....

I sure wish I had checked reviews before spending money at this place!! Fraud! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT buy anything from this place in CHINA! No tracking information, total hot air in response to any emails, and no refund or responds to a refund request. Your money is just gone. I've read other reviews that people received bad products, but I didn't even receive a product. My money was just taken. Report this place and publicize the hell out of them so no one else buys from here!

This company is fraudulent and places fake pictures in their adds. I have included their response to my complaint. The picture of the product was nothing like what I received, I was sent a low quality blurry print of what they advertised.

Terrible quality- a scam not a quilt just printed items. I wish I saw this site for reviews before. They don’t even do returns and theirs no way to keep them accountable for false advertising… this site should be banned.

Bad company! Don't look anything like pictures, won't get your money back. SCAM SCAM

Product not as described. Unable to return for refund. Did not receive product until I put a stop payment on my credit card.

Ordered the sleeping cat quilt. Was shipped a cheap Chinese copy instead. Total garbage! Total waste of money. What a scam!

This website is a complete SCAM. Items never received. Reported to BBB. Save your money and shop in America.

Finally after 3 weeks I received 2 items that were supposed to be quilts. They are 2 sheets sewn together!! There is absolutely no quilting involved. One side is a print which is in no way the colors advertised on the website. There is no filling between the sheets therefore they weigh next to nothing, and appear to have been run thru an industrial sewing machine. To back up a bit, when I initially tried to order one of these "quilts" the website told me after I placed the order the one I wanted was not available. I immediately canceled. The next morning I looked to see if they had another I might like and ordered it. Later that day I got confirmation for 2 items. I immediately emailed back that I only wanted one and they let me know I needed to have contacted them with2 hours to change the order. I argued for 3 days that I canceled the 1st order right away and they charged me for 2 and sent me 2 pieces of crap. Then had the audacity to charge me a tip as well. Also I ordered oversized California king. It barely falls over the side of my regular king. I never been so disappointed and taken advantage of.

They are a scam. I bought a beautiful quilt only to see that it was a screenprinted sheet/duvet. They are giving me the runaround. I have turned them into Paypal and hope to get a refund. PLUS they overcharged me vs. what the receipt said! TOTAL SCAMMERS

What a shocking rip off - they blatantly false advertise - everyone should be refunded their money

DO NOT buy from this company. I feel like an idiot, and paid over $120 bucks for a literal piece of crap. Customer service was a nightmare an I couldn’t even get a refund because there was “no damage”. This is such a scam, the site should be shut down. Shame on them.

It’s a scam. They used stolen photos a hand made dog paw print quilt and shipped me a screen printed one that was nothing like the picture.

I knew I was scammed and would never get a return so I simply threw it away and learned my lesson the hard way.

These are NOT quilts! You know what these remind me of, they are moving blankets that have a printed scene on them.
If you are into roadside velvet Elvis’s, or just want something that you would win from a carnival, buy this….
They will not refund, even if the package has been unopened.

Seriously READ the return policy!! Paid about $120 for a duvet cover and shams. What was received was basically 2 sheets sewn together with a zipper. The pics on the site allude that the duvet cover is quilted. It is not!!! In reading the companies return policy and how to receive a refund, it is to the discretion of Cozyhome if they will even accept a return and offer a refund. It has to meet specific qualifications. IF they do accept the return for a refund they will NOT issue a full refund for the purchase price (sans shipping costs) of the item. The website says they want you to be happy but sure do business, and have rules governing refunds, that sure seem awfully contrary to them actually wanting you to be happy. Think twice and be informed before you make a purchase from this company.
