Excellent and efficient service from all of the team. Danielle who came to survey the loft explained everything thoroughly and didn’t try to push us into buying the product. The two guys who came to do the loft insulation did a super clean job, covered my carpets where they were walking and cleaned everything once they had finished. I would definitely recommend this company.

Turned up a bit late but informed us. Job done quickly and efficiently. The loft having been finished was so reflective my light nearly blinded me. As a pensioner it was 50% off. Great value and reaping the benefits already.

Workers were polite and explained all that they were doing.covered all carpet from door to stairs and landing .when finished showed photos of what was done from top to bottom.advised us not to go in attic for at least 2days for safety.Thank you

I liked the surveyor, Jason I think, and he tried hard to get me the best deal he could. The following week Darren and Richard arrived with likeable good humour to install the insulation. By lunch time all was done to Rheanna’s satisfaction and mine! I would definitely recommend the firm.
On reflection it would have been good to have had a phone call saying they were on their way.

great service from all the team no pressure sales two lads came two days later and where very friendly and explained what they doing two or three hours they where done and they cleaned up after them to they showed us the loft we noticed a defiance straight away nothing was to much trouble my dog got out and they helped me to get her back in. i would recommend this company and there team 100%.

Cozy Homes Ltd. Sprayed my roof with insulation foam on the 16th August 2023. Having a small problem with the sub contractors. Cozy Homes Ltd sorted these out and completed a top class, professional job and i recommend Cozy Homes without reservations.

Everyone from initial phone call to the surveyor visit to the install team were great, I like to pick faults in stuff but I'm stuck, can't find a fault.

Having received numerous calls from the automated phone system I give in and arrange a survey to tell the surveyor on his arrival I'm not interested and to take me off their database. I had told them over the phone previously, but they chose to ignore. This was in the summer of 2023.
I have been recieving calls again in the last few weeks, told them if I get one more call I will be arranging a survey. They call again, surveyor comes out, I tell him I'm not interested.
I've emailed the company director, Jonathan Coombes and also trading standards. Let's see if the calls stop.

The installation team were polite, tidy and unobtrusive - we barely knew they were there! Process and results were clearly explained and we look forward to feeling the benefits of our newly-insulated home.

Excellent service and fast.
I had a quote and my loft insulated within the same week. I had requested this as I was on a very tight schedule.
The two men that came to insulate my loft were very professional.
They worked well together. They laid dust sheets in every carpeted area they passed through.
There was absolutely no mess.
I liked that they took photos of their work once they’d finished as I am unable to access the loft for myself.
I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone needing loft insulation.

Cold called to begin with but later called by Cozyhomes. The surveyor who visited explained everything clearly and my husband agreed on the spot. Not his usual response to salesmen. Two installers arrived on time today and worked in an excellent manner. When finished checked everything was ok ,including the TV. I could well be recommending the company to a neighbour who is coming to look and have a chat later this week.

I was cold called by this company. Normally do not respond but, sadly, I did this time. The one star is for the pleasant individual called Jo to whom I talked. Appointment made for 2pm today. No show. No contact made with me. No answerphone messages left. Stayed in and rearranged my afternoon for no purpose. Very unimpressed.

Add. Both Jo and a manager called me after reading this review. A mistake had been made by them re the date of visit. I received an apology which I accepted.
