I love the shape, comfort & feel of the couch. It’s excellent. However, the couch is difficult to put together. The connectors don’t join as easily as the video shows. I hope they improve this as our couch is still not fully connected

Thank you so much for the kind words about your Cassini. We’re really glad to hear you’re loving the shape, comfort, and feel of the sofa.
We’re sorry the assembly hasn’t been as straightforward as it should be, especially with the connectors being more difficult to join than what’s shown in the video. Your feedback is genuinely helpful, and we’ll be sharing it with our Product Development team so they can continue improving the assembly experience.
If you’re still having trouble getting the final sections fully connected, please reach out to our Customer Happiness team and we’d be happy to help.
