We ordered the Atmosphere sofa with storage, and our in-store experience was excellent. Easily five stars for the team there. Unfortunately, things went downhill after that. The delivery was delayed, and I had to call the delivery company myself to find out when it would arrive. They did send an email update, but the date and time didn't match what actually happened. One morning, around 8 AM, the truck simply showed up with no notice beforehand. Assembly was the biggest disappointment. The Facebook and Instagram ads I saw made it look quick and effortless, but that was far from our experience. It took two people two and a half hours, mostly because the clips didn't line up properly. We had to loosen screws and shift the metal brackets slightly lower, repeating this several times before the pieces would slide together. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but the ads set them there. Once assembled, we really love the sofa. It looks great and is very comfortable. Still, because of the delivery and assembly experience, I wouldn't order from Cozey again.
