The overall look is amazing. The drawers are long and hold a lot of stuff.

Worst experience I have ever had with a company. Delivery showed up at a time when it wasn’t supposed to. Profit was huge and showed up in theee separate deliveries on different days with missing pieces and open boxes and damaged pieces. Nightmare to deal with. I would never purchase from this business again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Hi Meghan, we’re incredibly sorry for how much went wrong throughout your experience. You contacted us well in advance to arrange your delivery around your time away, and despite those arrangements, the delivery still did not go as planned.
Our standard delivery carriers are contracted for signature-not-required delivery, meaning boxes can be left at the main entrance when no one is home. In some cases, drivers may place larger boxes closer to the garage, as this can typically make it easier to bring furniture inside. However, we completely understand that in your case, the placement blocked access to your garage and created a significant inconvenience for your family. We’re very sorry for the disruption this caused.
We also understand how frustrating it was to have such a large order arrive across separate deliveries. Occasionally, larger furniture orders can be split in transit when there isn’t enough space on a delivery truck for every box to travel together. While this can happen, we recognize that receiving a bed across multiple days is far from the seamless delivery experience we want to provide.
This is one of the reasons we’re working to expand our Scheduled Delivery service. It gives eligible customers more control over their delivery by allowing them to select a specific date and time, while also helping us create a more coordinated experience for larger orders. Our goal is to make this option available more broadly and reduce experiences like split deliveries wherever possible.
Along with the missing and damaged pieces you experienced, we understand why you ultimately chose to return the bed. Your order has since been fully refunded, but we recognize that a refund doesn’t undo the stress, disruption, and effort this experience required from you.
We’re sorry we let you down, Meghan. We’ll be sharing your feedback directly with our Operations team as we continue working to improve our shipping and delivery services and create a more coordinated, seamless experience for our customers moving forward.
Worst experience we have ever had with any company. Missing pieces, missing boxes and parts, lack of communication about delivery, damaged products and opened boxes upon delivery. Worst company and delivery company ever. This bed frame has taken hours to try and put together. Nothing simple about it the product or the company Cozey. Terrible product, company and experience. Still waiting for them to pick up the items for return for reimbursement. Product is way overpriced.

Hi Meghan, we’re very sorry for how frustrating and disruptive this experience has been, from the delivery issues and damaged item to the confusion around the boxes and delays in communication.
Our team has reviewed your order and clarified that some of the box numbers identified as missing belong to different Ara Bed configurations and were not part of the configuration you purchased. We’re sorry this wasn’t made clear sooner and that you had to spend so much time trying to reconcile the pieces yourself.
We understand that you’ve decided to return your Ara Bed, and our Customer Happiness team is working with you directly on the next steps. We’ll continue supporting you through the return and do everything we can to make the remainder of the process as straightforward as possible.
