I bought a shelfie set at £200 and the advert indicated that you also got a complimentary gift. No gift. Emailed them twice some 4 days later had a reply saying you needed to be a member. That wasn’t made clear and very deceptive. The products are ok but no better than you could get off the shelf at Boots. Very disappointing and will be taking my custom elsewhere.

I ordered hampers for gifts, one a baby hamper and two skincare ones. I was very pleased with them.
Unfortunately my complimentary gift was not sent but I received a very prompt response from Carol in Customer Services who has despatched this for me. Excellent products and customer service.

Lovely products / helpful staff in pop up

I purchased cowshed winter diffuser.
This is the first time I have purchased anything from cowshed.
There is no smell at all! I’m really disappointed in my purchase. I buy a lot of diffusers and I have never had this problem before!

Also in regards to the diffuser from personal experience, I  know that the smell does depend on the amount of space in the room, and flipping the sticks also works.

Products are nice, especially for gifts. I find the staff in the stores and clubs are a little unfriendly and offish - it doesn’t make you feel welcome (especially when you’re a paying member!)

I have orderd this robe twice and at both time you have getting the order wrong. The first order when ordered for an embroidered robe it did not go though for some reason. so the Second time I made sure I ordered the robe to come with embroidered initials but it did not arrive with any embroidery. It was supposed to be a gift but she is really disappointed by it. Is this the service Im expected to receive from cowshed?

Disappointing and very basic for the price. Worst massage my daughter and I have ever had. Manager at Primrose Hill couldn’t have been more disinterested if she’d tried when we spoke with her. Reluctantly refunded a small amount. Birthday treat spoiled 🥲
