Great customer service from sale advisor
[I can only comment on the initial process of getting a quote and buying a policy, not on what happens after that]
I was referred to Cowens by a well-known insurer when they were unable to provide a quote for landlord insurance, due to a large claim the previous year.
I spoke to Will, who was very professional throughout. He listened well to what I needed and was very efficient in sourcing quotes and a suitable policy. He was friendly, very polite and kept me informed throughout. This made a somewhat stressful process much smoother, and I will definitely consider Cowens for other policies.
