Good communication and fast delivery. QL035T Curtain Profile is easy to install. Opted to screw the profile rather than use the adhesives as the ceiling wasn’t exactly fully flat. Easy enough to DIY.... Se mer

Unfortunately two out of the three…
Unfortunately two out of the three celing roses came with the paint damaged and peeling. Coving Direct were very quick to respond and said it was down to the manufacturer and to use a damp cloth to take of loose pieces and repaint. This is not the point nor what we paid for and I personally wouldn't have sent them out as they were. After repainting you can still see where the paint had come off. Disappointing to say the least especially after we were so patient after a delayed delivery due supply.

My apologies, I did not realise there was still an issue with these B3015 Ceiling Roses as nobody contacted me since my last phone call with you offering the solution with the damp cloth. As an installer myself (weekends only now) and a painter decorator by trade this method has always worked for me and this is the first time I’ve had an issue with it. Had I been contacted and told that actually no David this is not acceptable I would have arranged a refund and return immediately. As I did not hear anything further from you I had assumed all was good.
You are quite right in that the roses should not have been sent out like this and they weren’t. Unfortunately for me this “cracking” problem with the B3015 rose only seems to happen during delivery. I can promise you I checked these roses before shipping and there were no paint cracks in them. I always check them as I know they can sometimes be problematic.
Regarding the delayed delivery I contacted Lyndsey straight away when I realised my error with the stocks and offered to cancel the order. I was told that would not be necessary and you were happy to wait.
Once again my apologies for your experience with my company. This is not the standard I expect from myself. I have just refunded you for the two ceiling roses. I have also delisted these B3015 roses from my website until such a time as the manufacturer can guarantee this issue has been resolved and the primer coat on them is of the same quality as all the other ceiling roses I stock. If you could send me a photograph of the roses with the cracks so I can show the manufacturer that would be appreciated.
As I said at the start of my reply had I known you still had these issues I would have sorted them straight away but the first I knew there was still a problem was via your review.

This is the best place to buy coving, they have great products and prices, I ordered the"Orlando" coving and it was primed and looked very neat, it's a little flexible which is great for uneven walls, I'm very happy with the quality and the finish, I had great customer service and will be ordering here again for sure. The package arrived as predicted
The package arrived as predicted, and well wrapped. I do queerly the cost of postage it did seem high. The ceiling rose is as shown in the publicity and will fit in well in my house.

The dado very good looks excellent up. The big bad point about coving Direct is there delivery company (parcel force). When the parcel was delivered had the wrong post code on,the driver mad it very clear that this was my fault. Very rude coving Direct delivery company. Shame.

Hello Kim, Thank you for the review and my apologies for your experience with Parcelforce. Unfortunately I have no control over the behaviour of an employee of another company whether it be good or bad.
You may rightly suggest that I could use another courier company to deliver my parcels but after 12 years in business I have used them all at some stage and I can honestly say that Parcelforce have been the best of them. However, I acknowledge that the benchmark is not too high when it comes to courier companies though!
Once again my apologies and rest assured I will be bringing this matter up with Parcelforce as I hope you do as well.

Amazing company. Excellent customer service. We got skirting and panelling, we’ll be using them again when we do the middle room and front room. I will say, add 10% to your order and then one more for good measure haha. It cuts really easily too, painted well. Looks amazing. So happy happy with it.
