Good product, excellent service.
I accidentally ordered my coving light panels to wrong address and emailed tye company instantly after purchase. They replied quickly despite late hour and fixed the address to correct one. Items delivered with no issues. Looks good fixed to walls. Primed, so easy to paint nicely

Quality product - v well made. Well packaged and delivered.

Good communication and fast delivery. QL035T Curtain Profile is easy to install. Opted to screw the profile rather than use the adhesives as the ceiling wasn’t exactly fully flat. Easy enough to DIY. Not installed any LED yet so can’t comment on that

Great customer service is measured when things go wrong, not when things go right, David certainly went above and beyond when things did not go to plan. Despite David sending a sample, when the order arrived, it didn’t suit the project we were working on. I was gutted as the covings was stunning. I wasn’t aware that returns were to Ireland but quickly realised the challenges with couriers/customs ect. After a few calls from David, he found an unimaginable solution which avoided us having to return to Ireland. David really did put us as the customer first. He runs a great business, with a great selection of products and most importantly he puts his customers at the heart of everything he does. I’m sad our order didn’t work out this time however, I hope to use David on future projects and would definitely recommend Coving Direct to family/friends.

I have two ceiling roses from Coving Direct. The product is great quality and is produced to accurate tolerances. It requires no “finishing” once fitted.
They are a small business and great to deal with. They communicate well and respond in good time.
I would definitely recommend them.
Delivery times are slightly extended as they are based in Ireland.
