Good quality, affordable covers.
The covers are well-made from high-quality materials. The company goes out of its way to ensure the covers meet our expectations. They provide accurate visual mock-ups and will modify the design any number of times before committing to manufacture, to ensure they are accurately produced.
Despite this personal bespoke service, the prices of the products are very affordable, similar to, and sometimes cheaper than off-the-peg items.
I'm very pleased with both of my orders.

Shade recieved was not size I ordered. Far too small
I ordered a shade and after a long wait it turned up and was about half the expected size.
Apparently if you order fitting components (which are hugely expensive - £50) they reduce the size of the shade ordered to include the fittings. This is ridiculous as the price of the shade is dependant on size, so I payed for a larger shade which I didnt recieve. The fittings are measured and their largest extent so the size reduced was considerable 220cm down 140cm.
There is an extra payment required for "assurance plus" which give one year cover for mishaps including measuring errors, which I paid.
Despite writing to the company several times requesting a replacement for the size I ordered and then requesting how to claim on assurance plus I was ignored.
There customer service simply ceased responding to me.

Covers & All delivered an utterly fantastic, bespoke cover - that is astonishingly well-made - really quickly! The design service is very personal and changes were made very quickly and accurately. I would rate lower if possible, not a professional company
I would rate lower if possible. I have had a promise of refund in June 2026, now October, no refund made for failed delivery. All enquiries are ignored. There is no customer service, feedback@ sales@info@. I'm guessing this must just be one giant trash can as nothing is ever resolved satisfactorily. I am owed a four figure sum. Beware of this company they are not a UK trader, regardless of their UK address. The voicemail message is automated american and the salutation statement is extremely flawed, queue position (potion according to them!) is always No.1 however the call position never changes, although there are apparently options to request a callback or leave a message neither option works. In the absence to email responses customers are left completely unsupported.

Made to Measure
We wanted a made to measure cover for our garden furniture as our old way had deteriorated badly. The website was very clear with numerous options and how to submit measurements. Ordering process was easy and we were kept informed on delivery. We were a little nervous on opening the cover up to see if our measurements were correct but all was good. Very good quality product and with a good guarantee. Should keep our suite protected until next summer and for many more years to come.
