Very inefficient, bought item for my son but unfortunately he was unable to use it until after the 30 day period for credit card reimbusement. Company offered 30% compensation if he kept it. Absolute rubbish buyer beware.

SCAM. I was scammed by this last October. Horrendous experience. Trying to get a refund will drive you insane.. Chargeback is the only way. And even that took months. Just repeat that the item is faulty and ask for a return address. Don't bother trying to converse it's a complete waste of time, effort and sanity....

I can’t give zero but would if I could. Like the other reviews say THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT purchase from them! I wish I had seen these reviews before buying the dehumidifier. As soon as I switched the item on I realised it was far too noisy (despite being advertised on their website as quiet) to run for any length of time, even in the daytime. I contacted them straight away for a return and the same as everyone else says just being fobbed off and run around the houses with stupid suggestions and non answers. Anything but the return address I am asking for. I suspect I shall have to try and get a refund via the bank now but god knows what hoops I shall have to jump through to make that happen!

Shocking company, useless item. A complete waste of money, hardly any water being drawn despite it being on for days. Tried to return just getting email after email asking us to raise temperature of house, run for days, video fan etc.. nothing like this in their instructions or description initially. Steer clear of this company and dehumidifier - not worth a penny. Our emails are still ongoing......

I tried to return dehumidifier as it was useless and was told it wasn’t worth it as it had to be returned to China. I emailed back saying it didn’t say that on their website. Mateo then told me to give it to a friend and offered me various amounts of compensation with each email from 5- 16% The final email that I didn’t rest to was in German. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

The positive reviews on here have to be part of the scam. I bought this based on a review on google stupidly didn’t realise it was a sponsored link.

I bought this product and similar to other trust pilot reviews I ran it for 48 hours and it produced about a tablespoon of water.
Reported my concerns and the company are gaslighting me telling me the product works just fine, I need to ensure a certain temperature in my room etc. well I’ve proven these are lies as after borrowing a friends dehumidifier it fills its tank in less then 12 hours in the same conditions.

I’ve tried to return then product and been told they can’t do this due to the cost of returning it to china what a load of tosh. I’m trying to claim back on my credit card as a scam we’ll see how that goes..

Do yourself a favour and don’t bother with this company as they’re just stealing peoples money.

Tried to return the product. Got told we will have to pay to return to China and if product arrives damaged we will get nothing. Of course it will be damaged on arrival so they pay nothing

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Bought a defective dehumidifier and now saying I need to pay 1/3 of the total price to return it to China. Gave me a returns address to Leicester. Mateo in customer service must have some sort of learning difficulty as he never answered any questions I had and just repeated himself, AI I suspect but 2 full days of going round in circles when their returns policy clearly state 30 returns even if I change my mind never mind a faulty product.

Horrible company. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Did lots of research or so I thought, purchased the H10 Covatar based on review.
Cheap plastic box arrived which is not fit for purpose, so disappointed.
Will pursue through credit card as reading other comments this seems only course of action.
0 stars for sure.

In future will check Trustpilot before any purchase.

We totally agree with all these reviews. Do not touch Covatar they are RUBBISH.

It never worked well and is now making alarming grinding noises. The company will not take responsibility and only offer a minor discount. It doesn't sound safe, but they say it would have to be shipped back to China at my expense. Don't risk getting involved with this company.

I bought the Covatar dehumidifier in good faith having read a review on ‘look after my bills ‘ weekly newsletter.
This appliance is not fit for purpose and after two weeks it produced half a cup of moisture.( I have bought a replacement and it produces 1 litre a day!).
The company have been unhelpful in every way, I have reported it twice to American Express who also have been very unhelpful.
Money lost on a scam DO NOT PURCHASE this item.

If I could give this dehumidifier a zero score I would.
I wish I’d read the reviews on Trust pilot before I purchased this unit.
It’s been running continuously for over 4 days with an humidity levels between 66 and 80 and removed less than 200 mls of water. My old dehumidifier would have pulled 10 times that amount.
The company told me it would only work well with an ambient temperature of 18 degrees and humidity levels of 85%!!
So what is the point if that.
I was told retuning the item to China which is ‘not faulty’ according to them would cause me great expense. It would cost me more to send it back than it cost to purchase! I’ve had to settle for a 5% refund.
Avoid this company and do not purchase a Covatar dehumidifier!

Saw some reviews about this product but wish I had read trustpilot reviews first. I could kick myself as this product and company are absolutely rubbish. Product does not work properly and they offered I could keep it and they would give me 5% back. About £6. It had to return it to China and cover all costs. They must have stocks in England as it arrived within a few days. Stay away from this company. Stay away from this company I wish I had.

I have reading a few reviews from google before buying this. All fake I assume. Now I want to tell the truth about this product. It is exactly what people say on trustpilot.
waste of time and money. doesn't make any difference in a small room even if running for days and nights.
the noise level mesaured from my simple phone is easily over 50db in night mode and the humidity level stays the same as the tank water little over 1L after a week.
Return policy is about replying slowly and ask questions if you know how to set up etc etc. no returning then.I am a grown up and lost in my life,
It just your choice after all, your money your time your hustle.

Don't buy this is not a UK company. Its a scam from China. Product don't work company dont give address. Good luck trying to get a refund.

DO NOT BUY. YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND IF YOU OPEN THE PACKAGE AND USE IT. TOTAL SCAM.
