This company is really a scam. The photos and descriptions look great. I ordered a “ white coat” listed for autumn or winter use. It was a flimsy t-shirt material, not heavy enough to be a lightweight bathrobe. Shame on me for not purchasing from a legit business.Their return policy just sucks you further into their racket. Don’t order anything from them!!!

The company is not legit and the return policy listed on the website is inaccurate. Refuses to accept returns within the 30 day window, offering a 75% store credit. this is ridiculous. these Chinese based companies are horrible. I do not recommend supporting this business. Amazon is the way to go, especially when it comes to returns. The boots I purchased were cheaply made, stiff, lacking any support, clumsy and uncomfortable. Steer clear of this website. DO NOT PATRONIZE!!

They sent sweat pants for an NBA player, then spend days asking for ridiculous replies to arrange a return which by the way is in China. You have 7 days to return an item, which took them 3 weeks to deliver. Buy USA. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with con artists.

I bought item $123, and received completely different one, very cheap, doesn't look like advertised and definitely not from material it was advertised. they asking to return item, but cost, $70 is on me, even though its not my mistake. they are crooks, they advertise good quality European clothes but selling cheap China ones.

Couture-emporium only gave me a partial refund and charged a $20 restocking fee. I originally paid $90.93 for the order and a refund was initiated in the amount of $68.19 for an order I never received. This refund was initiated on January 26th 2025. Very disappointed with the service and lack of a full refund. I will not be doing business with this company again.

Large size puffy jacket turned out to be an extra small size. Shoddy manufacture, zipper did not work and the labels were all cut out! This is a scam outfit, beware!

I ordered 2 coats on the 12th of January. The 13th i received an email my items were getting ready to be shipped. The 15th i received an email that my items we shipped and if I wanted to track them to download this app "SHOP" I was like no, until my boots i ordered the same day from J.C. Penny arrived. So I downloaded it and it said it was delivered at 10:00 that morning, I had been home all day. I was like no. No. Of course you can't get ahold of live person, ever. I waited another day, no package shut it down called my bank refunded my money. They email me and say it takes 13 days it's not there yet, I get another shipping email, saying delivered. But in the corner (hidden) it says returned (shipping company is called Yemen) i email the same girl back, and I said did you get your product back? She said how would I get it back when I have not given you the return address. I email her the screenshot and said because your shipping company says it was refunded. She waits two days and says, yes we received the return your refund has been processed. Like they did it. I said the refund was processed because I CONTACTED MY BANK, NOT BECAUSE YOUR COMPANY GAVE ME A REFUND

I bought XL jacket and received too small, like for youth. Not worth it.It's scam, and made in China. No more!

I can't give it a zero star, so here we are. I ordered a 2XL winter coat that was clearly WAY too small. They wanted to give me 75% credit, then later 100% store credit, but refused to give me a refund. Since I was stuck with this coat that was way too small for me, I was looking for someone to give it to. We have a professional seamstress neighbor whose son I thought it might fit. He is a medium and it fit him perfectly. Why can they ship me something this many sizes too small and penalize me? I have zero faith in them and am VERY unhappy. How can I trust a store credit after this?

Don’t waste your money.The clothing is not what it appears to be. Returns are more expensive than keeping the product.

I just received a wool blend turtleneck. I assume it was the size ordered and having at least some wool. I can't be sure since there are NO tags on the garment and no paperwork with the shipment. It smells of chemicals and is a bit tight for an XL (I usually wear a Large). Since it was bought on sale, I can't get a refund and there's nothing I want to exchange it for. Stay away from this company if you're looking for both quality and value.

So disappointed. Bought a 4X winter jacket for my trip to Alaska. The jacket was so small my 140 pound 5'3" wife couldn't wear it. They will not give a refund because they say if was a sale item and also say they can't guarantee the size variances. What good is a discount if you can't reasonably guarantee the size? Will NEVER EVER buy from this company again.

After placing an order with couture-emporium, it was revealed the items ship from China. The customer is required to cover shipping costs back to China for any returns. I immediately requested the order be canceled and was denied. 2 stars because I got a response.

The jacket I bought took weeks to arrive. It was not even close to fitting and the quality was extremely poor. It looked nothing like the picture on the site. They do not issue returns on sale items but everything on the site is on sale so don't expect to get a refund. Total scam.

The Hoodie I bought was a white With Black ORIGINALS lettering. Looks nothing like the picture, bad , quality, and they won't take the Return and do a refund. Scam. $60 dollars thrown away. And waited 5 weeks to get it shipped from China or Asian country.

Customer service = fraud and haven’t received product and it’s been 3 weeks I never write reviews but I honestly don’t want others to be scammed

I blew over $100 on what looked like a nice winter jacket for my husband. I ordered it 3x and nearly cried laughing at the size of what I received. My husband is a big and tall man. Hopefully this coat will fit my twiggy eleven year old son. Maybe. For 100 bucks I guess I had more faith in it. Pretty irritated about spending so much and my husband is still out of a coat.

Be careful, SCAM. This company product in reality is not what is in photos, very poor quality, poor fitting. Moreover, ALL products are on sale and this company has policy not return not refund items on sale.

I wish I would have read the reviews sooner. The WORST quality. I basically, WAY OVERPAID, for a piece of cheap felt! And no returns!

SINCE REVIEW THEY HAVE REFUNDED MY MONEY.
