Holding me captive here till I write feedback is not helpful
I'm rating this 'one start' cause I can't rate it any lower. I just want to leave this screen and it will not allow me to without leaving feedback and to leave feedback I am having to tick, and agree, to terms and conditions I would rather choose not to do and just leave the page.
I've returned here to edit this feedback as I have now received my feedback via email - thank you however, there is no 'unsubscribe' button in the email - again, this is really unhelpful.
Please remove me from your list of subscribers!
