Beautiful, high quality prints and excellent service. We bought customised face masks and they turned out just the way we wanted them to, and the fabric is lovely and soft, very breathable. Quick delivery too - I'll definitely be ordering from Country Images again!

I was looking for a face mask and seen this company provided them at a really affordable price, about 9 pound. So I ordered a few for my family thinking they would run out and was worried about shipping for such a big order.
So I contacted them and they actually updated their website to make the cost of shipping face masks even cheaper! Top customer service, HIGHLY recommended!

I originally wasn't sure on how my design would come out so I took to Country Images live chat. No one was available so it asked me to add my email address and someone would come back to me. Within a couple of minutes, I received an email for a lovely man called Michael. He reassured me that everything would be fine and that he would monitor the order going through. This filled me with confidence that everything would be perfect.

Within a couple of days of ordering, my worktop saver arrived!! Unfortunately the colour had not come out quite as I had imagined and there were a couple of marks on it. I emailed Michael straight away to explain my disappointment. I didn't want a refund as I really did like the design, just not the colour. He got onto the case very quickly and had spoken to some other colleagues on how to make the colour more vivid.

A replacement was sent out and within 2 days, I had received it. The colour still wasn't 100% perfect but I was very pleased with it all round.

I had originally ordered a smooth, clear glass saver but this was out of stock when the replacement was due so i opted for the rippled glass effect and I have to say, I prefer it!

The way Michael handled my queries and concerns was really reassuring and I couldn't recommend this company more!

I ordered a whisky decanter and glasses with a roe deer engraved on all three pieces. Having shopped around for pre-engraved pieces, most were between £200 and £300 with a 'roe deer' that didn't look much like a roe deer at all engraved on them - As a keen deerstalker I've seen a few!!

I took the risk with Country Images (I'm a great believer in 'buy cheap(er), buy twice) sending them a JPEG line drawing and selecting they type of decanter I wanted (circa £100 so not exactly cheap but much less than other companies wanted for a pre-engraved piece). I also ordered a few coasters, a china mug and a couple of cushions. This was mid-December so I thought they'd be snowed under, the post would be slow and I'd be lucky to see the order anytime before Christmas.

On 21st December the entire consignment arrived - the decanter was perfect. Really well engraved, a great likeness of the linedrawing I'd sent them and much more 'roe-deer like' than the pre-engraved stuff.

In short, highly recommended for quality of products and service.

When ordering my item, I found it very easy to get across to the staff member (Michael) exactly what I wanted. I sent him pictures and he asked me lots of questions to ensure that we were on the same page. After ordering my item, I received constant updates on how things were moving along. I was delighted with how the T-shirt turned out and will definitely use Country Images again.

I recently purchased some slate coasters and mats, but wanted them engraved with a family member's name. I spoke to Michael at the company and he very kindly e-mailed me the kind of font and styles I could use - the order was dispatched very quickly and arrived very well packaged. The coasters and mats were beautifully engraved and I know that the gift will be well-received by my aunt.
I would be very happy to buy from them again and would highly recommend their products.
