The jacket was lovely but sizing doesn’t agree to the size guide
The jacket was lovely, but too large. Size was chosen based on the size chart.
The return process is harder than it needs to be. I initiated the process online, but the email never came through, either to inbox or spam box. Luckily, amongst all of the junk in the original packaging there is a return label.
Choose carefully so that you don’t need to return anything.

Excellent quality at a very reasonable price.
Ideal for everyday wear, comfortable with an expandable waist for those long lunches. Machine washable and quick drying.
Would recommend to anyone wanting day or evening wear.

Disappointing
I wanted to exchange a pair of trousers as they were too short, I returned the original pair and phoned the helpline number given. First it was a premium number and after being redirected numerous times I eventually got through to an advisor. I explained about the exchange and she ordered the correct pair which I had to pay again for, although it was an exchange. I have had no confirmation of this order , nor have I heard from evri that they have received my parcel. I will not be ordering again

Having checked your account, I can confirm that your exchange order on the 13th July was successful. We advise 3 to 5 working days for delivery and you will receive an email from EVRi when the parcel is with your local courier.
Goods received back at our warehouse are refunded. If a customer would like to exchange an item for an alternative size or colour, we happily re-order a replacement and send it with free postage. We do require payment to order the new size or colour.
You will receive an email when your return has been processed at our warehouse. Where possible all refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your returned goods, however, please allow 14 days from the date of posting for us to process your return.

Great company to deal with.
Goods arrived quickly, well packaged and exactly as ordered. Clothes are always good quality and good value. When I did have to return an item (I didn't like style) refund in bank within five days. Excellent service.

Well done Cotton Traders
I've always found Cotton Traders to be a very reliable company. It's extremely easy to order products. The items are well made and if, for any reason, you are not happy with something, it's very easy to return. You are always well informed of when the items are going to be delivered from their couriers and if you have returned anything you are once again kept well informed. I've used the company for a couple of years now and am very impressed with their service.

Very slow delivery
I placed my online order on 6th July to collect from my local store.
To date I have not received notification my order is ready to collect.
I have emailed and am waiting on a response.

Poor Customer Service.Ordered goods on 13 JULY paid for next…
Ordered goods on 13 JULY paid for next day delivery.
Spoke to Customer Care on 14 JULY and was assured they were on way to shippers and would receive goods by 8pm. Spoke again to Customer Care on 15 July and was assured again order was on its way. Explained that was what I was told previously. Went away to investigate and then informed me item out of stock and refund given.

Unfortunately when we get to the end of the stock if there has been an incorrect stocktake or the supplier has not sent through the correct amount the stock file can be incorrect and the order gets stuck on processing as the item cannot be found and then we have to manually intervene.
