Jumpers are great
Jumpers are great. Lovely colour, true to size and decent length.
Notification system to let customers know their order has arrived in-store is poor. Shop staff were extremely helpful however when I rang to enquire what was going on. It turned out that the parcel had been there for a full week but they weren't aware that I hadn't been notified!

Extremley dissapointed with the lack of…
Extremley dissapointed with the lack of communication regarding where my order was. I usually receive a text or email to advise when to pick it up. After 2 emails to customer service I was told to phone the shop. On top of this, the shop then phoned my husband to tell him my order was in, which spoilt a surprise. Will think twice about ordering on line in the future.
