The service at Widnes was excellent. Very friendly and helpful.
I do think however that when delivery is being made to a store it would be possible to give a date when it will be there. As opposed to ‘within 7 working days.’
My understanding is that this store receive their delivery on the same day each week.

I recently ordered the burnout jersey print midi dress and the pointelle cardigan, both in size 12 but I needed a size 10 after trying them on. I was quite disappointed as they were both lovely. However, the lady who I dealt with ordered both items for me in a size 10. I am just waiting for the email to say they are now available to collect. Thank you!

Me and my mum always visit cotton traders in Rivendell Garden Centre in Widnes as we are always made welcome and it has a lovely atmosphere. My mum always purchases something and gets so much help off the two lovely ladies Janine & Carol. They are so friendly and go out of their way to help. Keep up the good work, Thanks Ladies

Excellent selection of clothes to fit my size 3xl , customer service was excellent many thanks to carol and genine who were extremely helpful and gave me the time to try the clothes on and practical advice as if they fitted well or not. Being disabled this excellent customer service was more than appreciated

As expected. Lovely blouse. I already had same style but with green wild flowers pattern. Just one problem, expected as was same with the previous blouse. The cuffs are way too large. I had to move the buttons on the cuff by 2 inches to make them fit. Not sure why they are made this way, but still pleased.

My hubby and I went to the outlet in Notcutts Garden Centre Widnes today to place an order ….we are both Cotton Gold Club members . Carol our lovely ,helpful assistant suggested we contacted CTs with this “ problem “ .
My husband is 5’ 5” tall and average size for his height . He loves the rugby shirts etc BUT they are always far too big and long in the body ….he says all men aren’t built like rugby players . So would it be possibly to make items mentioned for smaller men please ?

Cotton trader is a company l trust to receive excellent service from and amazing quality clothing and footwear.

Ordered wrong size rang up to change the size they said no
So I had to re-order the size I wanted and wait for a refund on returning the wrong size I received
I was charged postage so never received full refund
Very poor customer service won’t be ordering again just. Not helpful

I like the quality of the rain coat, I wore it on a long, very wet, rainy day and I was bone dry.
It's a nice fit too and I could get a nice warm jumper underneath.
It was delivered very quickly to store for me to pick up.

Easy to order, items received were of excellent quality, great experience collecting the items from Rivendell.

The products were excel quality - were delivered to my local Cotton Traders in good time - as promised and as always the staff were very nice

Ordered trousers for my elderly dad...unfortunately too small. Decided to see if I could exchange them at a local CT outlet nearby.
I couldn't, however, the lovely lady (Carol) processed the return for me so I didn't have to take the package to a post office etc. So helpful and made it all so easy.

Positives. Shop well stocked, tidy, nice products.
Negative. Assistant asked for my postcode, which I wrongly assumed was for customer location checking. She then asked for my house number, and stupidly, without thinking, I gave it. She then proceeded to state my address in a voice loud enough for all those around the till to hear, and beyond. This is a big data protection issue for me. Anyone hearing would know the address of an elderly person, with a possibility that the house was empty at that time. I expressed my concern to the assistant and she informed me that this is what they have been told do so they can build a list to send offers to. Cotton Traders need to find a different way to build their mailing list. I asked the assistant to give feedback to the powers that be, twice, but, whilst polite, just reiterated that this is what she has been told to do. She did not seem to get that I didn’t want my address broadcast around the store. One star given for product, which is lovely. (Gents polo shirt)

Brilliant service from Carol in your Widnes store. Went with my sister (who is a Gold customer) for the first time (I am from Australia)) very impressed with the quality.

Order new trouser from Rivendell from Judith Chambers (Carol), great friendly service and Carol was very helpful, great asset to the team. Bonus was the holiday advise.
