Collect at store not an option
Our nearest store is 200 miles round trip away so dont have the option of store pick up. As much as I dont mind the delivery charge, having to pay for returns is a bit of a joke (I order regularly and return an odd time). I am a gold member but what does that actually mean.....absolutely nothing. I omitted an item from my order today but I couldn't amend it 5 mins later and had to pay another £3.99 delivery charge!

My last order was not delivered to me
My last order was not delivered to me, contacted Evri who said they were looking into why my chinos were delivered to another address, still waiting for a solution to this issue.
This is the first time there as been any issues but I would like it resolved ASAP as I am out of pocket and cant afford to waste my money.

The colour wasn't exactly true as we liked the Thyme shade & they were more closer colour to a lighter green not grey /green but nice colour the weight was a little heavier cotton and brushed feel more autumn weight but happy with them. Very straightforward from ordering to delivery on time. Would order again excellent quality clothing.

I bought a lovely pair if trousers
I bought a lovely pair of lightweight trousers in green and white for yoga classes and am delighted with them. They are a perfect fit and shape.
