Very good experience of customer service…
A delay in the arrival of my parcel was dealt with by fast tracking a replacement to me. The swimsuit fits well. Was just right for an older woman with tummy control and a skirt. I was delighted at customer service

I liked the sandals
I liked the sandals, they look good and are comfortable.
There was however a problem with delivery. I kept getting dates which did not happen until four days later

EXCELLENT PRODUCTS THAT ARE OF VERY HIGH QUALITY. RECENTLY ORDERED THE CLASSIC SOFT TOUCH BLUE AND WASHED ROSE . SUPERB FIT IN THE LARGE VERY EASY TO IRON. LOOKS AND FEELS GREAT. ALSO ORDERED THE HERITAGE CLOUD RUGBY POLO SIZE LARGE- AGAIN GREAT QUALITY BUT VERY VERY HEAVY.
GREAT SERVICE PROVIDED ON ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING, 10/10 WELL DONE COTTON TRADERS. BRILLIANT.

Easy to order kept up to date on progress of delivery. Unfortunately they use Evri to deliver which was a nightmare not delivered as advised and delivered to wrong address .

Excellent linen shorts
These are the fourth pair of Linen Blend Relaxed Fit shorts in Navy I have purchased and I just love them. They are perfect in length for my legs and age and so comfortable. They wash well and just keep going despite me wearing them every day during this hot weather. Highly recommend them.

I found the online ordering process good and the product of decent quality. I hate the delivery using EVRI who do not seem able to delivery timely. They kept giving me updates but then changed things and did not tell me the date the item would be delivered. Because Cotton Traders use EVRI I dropped two stars.

Excellent customer service
Had issues with EVRI delivery to my home that missed delivery dates but customer service at cotton traders sorted this problem out generously and I was happy with the outcome.
