Great material with all of my purchases. It would have been 5 stars but your delivery company is Evri, who are shocking. You get a message 12-15, lunchtime to say that your items are out for delivery. Then they get delivered 9 hours later.

When I decided to buy sandals I…
When I decided to buy sandals I contacted Cotton Traders to change my address. I got 3 emails confirming the change.
The notification of posting was sent and when I realised there were going to my previous address. I contacted cotton traders and it look them a while confirming identity card details etc. I received a email indicating the parcel had been redirected. I then had to wait for the parcel to arrive

Quality clothes at an affordable price
Cotton Traders are a good company and the quality of their products are good and the dispatch rate good too. I dropped a star because they use Evri, which are generally unreliable and slow and let them down.

Speedy delivery a welcome bonus
Really nice easy to wash and wear nighties. Also good value for money.
Mattress protector just what I needed to supplement existing one at home. As someone with a Urostomy items like these are a godsend for the occasional inevitable problem with leaky bags.
Was very impressed with speed of delivery. Re the above mattress protector it was needed asap so was really happy with how quickly got my order.

However, I hesitate to order sometimes because of postage costs. Paying for delivery & returns is costly, especially if you need to send for a different size, then you pay again. Refunds are a bit slow too.

At Cotton Traders we do not build the price of deliveries in to the price of our products like some retailers do as we feel this penalises the customers who don't return which is why we charge separate fees. If you shop regularly with us we do a yearly postal fee which is £12.50 which is a one off charge and then all your orders are delivered free for 12 months.
We also offer an exchange service, we will exchange an item for a different size or colour with no postal fees, just contact our friendly customer care team on 0161 286 4321.
