Extremely poor delivery
My first order was left at the unsafe place. The delivery people did not knock the front door or ring the door bell, just left the parcel and walked away.
My second order delivery was delayed from yesterday 12.July to this Wedneday without any reason.
I won't bother to buy anything from Cotton Traders in the future.

I have been using Cotton Traders for years…
I have been using Cotton Traders now for years in particular, shirts, shorts and trousers and have always pleased with the product. However, I wish they could get the sizing standardised in the trouser department. Some size 48 don't fit others do, I thinthis time I'll go for a size 50, wrong, they won't do up by over 2"! I'm wearing a size 48"at the moment.
So, an excellent company and product but sizes are frustrating.

On two recent occasions I have purchased Chino trousers once at a Cotten traders store the other on line.the store person could not have been more helpful
my online experience was fine with delivery details spot on and the product exactly as the company writeup (excellent). I will be shopping again with this company who I can recommend.

Simply displaying and shipping…unconfusing
Simply displaying and shipping according to an order. It is quite hard to be confused as is not the case with other sites. I’m 88 and not daft but I find myself buying from sites that easily confuse the older generation who don’t know the “language”.

extremely difficult to return an item…
extremely difficult to return an item and get a refund. Absolutely no communication. Returned over 10 days ago via Evri and no acknowledgement or update from cotton traders, keep getting marketing emails but no customer service after purchase.
